bodily_a disease_n that_o he_o shall_v then_o remember_v he_o and_o his_o offence_n &_o forsake_v they_o and_o to_o call_v to_o god_n for_o mercy_n and_o so_o to_o open_v the_o door_n of_o his_o soul_n &_o let_v he_o in_o thus_o god_n in_o his_o come_n and_o knock_v have_v show_v to_o man_n great_a and_o merciful_a kindness_n and_o yet_o man_n have_v be_v very_o unkind_a and_o great_o offend_v again_o for_o often_o time_n he_o will_v not_o hear_v god_n nor_o let_v he_o come_v in_o but_o rather_o with_o pleasure_n and_o desire_v which_o he_o have_v in_o sin_n he_o stop_v his_o ear_n and_o will_v not_o suffer_v his_o conscience_n to_o grudge_v nor_o show_v he_o his_o offence_n nor_o he_o will_v not_o do_v after_o good_a counsel_n and_o exhortation_n nor_o will_v not_o esteem_v the_o adversity_n that_o come_v unto_o he_o as_o a_o messenger_n and_o the_o knock_n of_o god_n hand_n but_o rather_o fast_o bar_v the_o door_n of_o his_o soul_n with_o froward_a and_o obstinate_a purpose_n to_o continue_v and_o tarry_v still_o in_o sin_n and_o so_o do_v keep_v god_n out_o but_o when_o the_o devyll_n come_v and_o knock_v and_o do_v move_v he_o but_o outward_o to_o let_v in_o pride_n envy_n and_o malice_n he_o be_v then_o content_v to_o open_v the_o door_n of_o his_o soul_n and_o to_o let_v they_o and_o many_o moo_o other_o vice_n come_v in_o and_o when_o the_o world_n come_v and_o knock_v and_o move_v he_o to_o get_v and_o gather_v good_n not_o regard_v how_o and_o to_o keep_v they_o covetous_o than_o he_o open_v the_o door_n which_o be_v the_o consent_n of_o his_o free_a will_n and_o consent_v to_o let_v covetousness_n come_v in_o also_o when_o the_o sensual_a appetite_n and_o inordinate_a desire_n of_o his_o body_n come_v and_o move_v he_o to_o fulfil_v his_o pleasure_n as_o to_o refuse_v labour_n and_o to_o geve_v he_o ease_v and_o rest_n &_o to_o nourish_v he_o in_o sloth_n and_o idleness_n and_o to_o feed_v he_o delicate_o and_o to_o put_v away_o chastity_n and_o to_o follow_v lechery_n and_o all_o unclennes_n to_o these_o he_o set_v the_o door_n wide_o open_a â–ª_o and_o at_o the_o first_o motion_n consent_v to_o fulfil_v their_o desire_n and_o final_o a_o sinner_n have_v do_v all_o this_o in_o god_n sight_n and_o presence_n without_o regard_n of_o his_o goodness_n without_o reverence_n of_o his_o majesty_n without_o fear_n of_o his_o justice_n and_o have_v refuse_v his_o merciful_a offer_n and_o will_v not_o suffer_v he_o to_o
