necessity_n that_o have_v exact_v most_o from_o their_o subject_n the_o reason_n be_v plain_a a_o prince_n be_v strong_a by_o faithful_a and_o wise_a counsel_n i_o will_v i_o can_v true_o say_v such_o have_v be_v employ_v abroad_o i_o speak_v this_o to_o this_o end_n to_o show_v the_o defect_n proceed_v not_o from_o this_o house_n i_o must_v confess_v he_o be_v no_o good_a subject_n that_o will_v not_o willing_o and_o free_o lay_v down_o his_o life_n when_o the_o end_n may_v be_v the_o service_n of_o his_o majesty_n and_o the_o good_a of_o the_o commonwealth_n but_o he_o be_v no_o good_a subject_n but_o a_o slave_n that_o will_v have_v his_o good_n take_v from_o he_o against_o his_o will_n and_o his_o liberty_n against_o the_o law_n of_o the_o kingdom_n in_o do_v this_o we_o shall_v commons_o in_o parliament_n assemble_v in_o mind_n that_o it_o will_v be_v the_o great_a unfaithfulness_n and_o breach_n of_o duty_n to_o his_o majesty_n and_o of_o the_o trust_n commit_v to_o they_o by_o their_o country_n that_o can_v be_v if_o in_o set_v forth_o the_o grievance_n of_o the_o people_n and_o the_o condition_n of_o all_o the_o part_n of_o this_o kingdom_n from_o whence_o they_o come_v they_o do_v not_o deal_v clear_o with_o he_o without_o spare_v any_o how_o near_o and_o dear_a soever_o they_o be_v unto_o he_o if_o they_o be_v hurtful_a or_o dangerous_a to_o the_o commonwealth_n in_o confidence_n therefore_o of_o your_o majesty_n gracious_a acceptation_n in_o a_o matter_n of_o so_o high_a importance_n and_o in_o faithful_a discharge_n of_o our_o duty_n we_o
