well_o in_o the_o parliament_n as_o out_o of_o the_o parliament_n and_o if_o it_o be_v sue_v in_o the_o parliament_n than_o it_o may_v be_v enact_v and_o pass_v as_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n or_o else_o to_o be_v order_v in_o like_a manner_n as_o a_o petition_n that_o be_v sue_v out_o of_o parliament_n and_o suit_n by_o petition_n can_v be_v to_o none_o other_o than_o only_o to_o the_o king_n
