yet_o it_o make_v for_o my_o point_n in_o hand_n for_o if_o it_o belong_v unto_o the_o apostle_n to_o ordain_v inferior_a elder_n than_o i_o be_o sure_a you_o will_v grant_v i_o the_o other_o viz._n that_o they_o do_v ordain_v the_o preach_n elder_n i_o can_v prove_v it_o out_o of_o other_o scripture_n plain_o but_o i_o know_v you_o will_v not_o oppose_v i_o in_o this_o but_o here_o be_v another_o objection_n and_o that_o be_v this_o although_o the_o apostle_n do_v it_o yet_o we_o be_v not_o to_o follow_v that_o rule_n still_o unless_o we_o have_v a_o command_n leave_v unto_o we_o so_o to_o do_v for_o evermore_o successive_o to_o this_o i_o answer_v that_o what_o the_o apostle_n do_v then_o be_v for_o our_o imitation_n in_o that_o particular_a for_o they_o do_v not_o give_v or_o leave_v any_o other_o order_n or_o rule_v to_o we_o in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o therefore_o we_o must_v say_v as_o paul_n say_v whatseever_n be_v write_v be_v write_v for_o our_o instruction_n gospel_n but_o i_o will_v proceed_v to_o other_o text_n titus_n 1._o 5._o to_o the_o end_n of_o ver._n 9_o these_o be_v the_o word_n for_o this_o cause_n leave_v i_o thou_o in_o cre●e_n titus_n be_v to_o ordain_v or_o at_o least_o some_o of_o they_o be_v apparent_a in_o verse_n 7._o for_o those_o that_o in_o ver._n 5._o paul_n have_v call_v elder_n he_o in_o this_o verse_n call_v bishop_n now_o in_o that_o titus_n be_v leave_v to_o ordain_v those_o bishop_n you_o may_v see_v a_o succession_n of_o the_o ordination_n of_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n by_o the_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n people_n and_o 2_o tim._n 2._o 2._o you_o may_v see_v what_o paul_n command_v timothy_n these_o be_v the_o word_n the_o thing_n that_o thou_o have_v hear_v of_o i_o among_o many_o witness_n the_o same_o commit_v thou_o to_o faithful_a man_n who_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o teach_v other_o also_o 1_o tim._n 5._o 22._o lay_v hand_n sudden_o on_o no_o man_n neither_o be_v partaker_n of_o other_o man_n sin_n keep_v thyself_o pure_a here_o you_o may_v see_v a_o second_o succession_n of_o the_o ordination_n of_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n by_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n for_o now_o timothy_n must_v commit_v the_o doctrine_n or_o the_o word_n of_o god_n to_o other_o that_o he_o can_v find_v able_a and_o fit_a to_o teach_v other_o also_o the_o word_n commit_z carry_v weight_n with_o it_o and_o signify_v the_o leave_n in_o trust_n as_o it_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n to_o their_o dispensation_n to_o who_o it_o be_v to_o be_v so_o commit_v etc._n here_o you_o may_v see_v that_o the_o common_a hearer_n be_v not_o to_o ordain_v the_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o the_o true_a reason_n thereof_o be_v render_v in_o 2_o tim._n 3._o 10._o in_o these_o word_n thou_o have_v full_o know_v my_o doctrine_n etc._n etc._n it_o seem_v paul_n know_v well_o that_o those_o that_o be_v best_o able_a in_o knowledge_n be_v the_o fit_a to_o ordain_v the_o preacher_n and_o they_o be_v most_o know_a man_n that_o be_v then_o the_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o far_o paul_n give_v he_o a_o rule_n whereby_o he_o may_v know_v who_o be_v those_o fit_a man_n to_o be_v the_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n as_o you_o may_v see_v in_o 1_o tim._n 3._o to_o the_o end_n of_o ver._n 13._o who_o in_o ver._n 1._o he_o call_v bishop_n yea_o he_o have_v character_n give_v he_o also_o whereby_o he_o may_v know_v how_o to_o choose_v fit_a and_o able_a deacon_n also_o as_o in_o ver._n 8_o 9_o 10._o be_v to_o be_v see_v and_o they_o do_v use_v to_o lay_v hand_n on_o they_o that_o they_o ordain_v for_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n at_o that_o time_n ordain_v as_o in_o 1_o tim._n 4._o 14._o and_o in_o chap._n 5._o 22._o and_o 2_o tim._n 1._o 6._o at_o which_o time_n timothy_n have_v a_o special_a gift_n give_v he_o when_o paul_n or_o other_o with_o paul_n do_v ordain_v he_o to_o be_v a_o preacher_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o also_o in_o heb._n 6._o 2._o alas_o if_o every_o one_o may_v be_v permit_v to_o preach_v that_o will_v do_v it_o we_o ●hen_o must_v needs_o have_v a_o babel_n therefore_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v prove_v by_o the_o preacher_n of_o the_o gospel_n before_o they_o do_v preach_v and_o now_o i_o demand_v of_o those_o that_o will_v have_v every_o congregation_n ordain_v their_o own_o pastor_n or_o preacher_n why_o those_o that_o be_v in_o the_o synod_n or_o minister_n like_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v the_o ordainer_n of_o man_n for_o to_o be_v the_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n rather_o than_o those_o that_o be_v more_o ignorant_a by_o thousand_o of_o particular_n in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o so_o many_o honest_a man_n there_o too_o what_o be_v they_o not_o so_o i_o say_v they_o be_v and_o able_a and_o honest_a too_o but_o put_v case_n some_o shall_v be_v think_v otherwise_o you_o know_v that_o no_o company_n of_o any_o sort_n be_v usual_o so_o entire_o good_a but_o that_o some_o may_v be_v defective_a what_o think_v you_o of_o yourselves_o may_v there_o not_o be_v some_o worse_a than_o other_o nay_o may_v there_o not_o be_v hypocrite_n and_o varlet_n too_o if_o so_o than_o you_o every_o way_n be_v worse_o than_o the_o learned_a and_o therefore_o every_o way_n more_o unfit_a for_o to_o ordain_v man_n to_o be_v preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n now_o a_o touch_n of_o one_o thing_n more_o and_o then_o i_o will_v pass_v to_o another_o point_n and_o this_o be_v somewhat_o differ_v from_o the_o former_a but_o i_o will_v join_v they_o together_o and_o that_o be_v this_o the_o preacher_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n be_v superintendent_n of_o other_o preacher_n in_o the_o apostle_n time_n and_o this_o i_o prove_v as_o follow_v too_o 1_o tim._n 1._o 3_o 4._o where_o you_o may_v see_v that_o timothy_n
