person_n in_o england_n and_o one_o in_o as_o much_o esteem_n with_o his_o majesty_n as_o any_o whatsoever_o and_o desire_v to_o accept_v of_o some_o great_a employment_n near_o the_o king_n which_o he_o absolute_o refuse_v the_o same_o person_n not_o a_o stranger_n to_o he_o but_o well_o know_v by_o he_o beg_v of_o he_o to_o give_v his_o advice_n how_o his_o majesty_n who_o desire_v nothing_o more_o than_o to_o unite_v all_o his_o people_n together_o and_o repair_v the_o breach_n which_o the_o civil_a war_n have_v cause_v now_o my_o lord_n clarendon_n be_v go_v who_o by_o his_o counsel_n keep_v those_o wound_n open_a may_v perform_v that_o honourable_a and_o gracious_a work_n but_o still_o this_o gentleman_n make_v his_o excuse_n and_o in_o short_a neither_o then_o nor_o at_o any_o time_n before_o or_o after_o except_v when_o he_o sit_v in_o the_o long_a parliament_n of_o the_o year_n 40._o neither_o during_o the_o distract_a time_n nor_o since_o his_o majesty_n return_n when_o they_o seem_v more_o repose_v will_v ever_o be_v bring_v either_o by_o any_o private_a intimate_a friend_n or_o by_o any_o person_n in_o public_a employment_n to_o give_v the_o least_o judgement_n of_o our_o affair_n or_o the_o least_o counsel_n to_o mend_v they_o though_o he_o be_v not_o shy_a of_o declare_v his_o dislike_n of_o matter_n as_o they_o go_v and_o yet_o this_o gentleman_n be_v not_o only_o by_o repute_n and_o esteem_v a_o wise_a man_n but_o be_v real_o so_o as_o it_o
