encroach_a on_o the_o other_o be_v thus_o bring_v to_o a_o short_a and_o plain_a issue_n for_o so_o it_o seem_v that_o if_o either_o the_o ecclesiastical_a court_n encroach_v on_o the_o temporal_a or_o the_o temporal_a court_n encroach_v on_o the_o ecclesiastical_a the_o coercive_a mean_n applyable_a for_o the_o restraint_n of_o either_o be_v respective_o these_o two_o viz._n the_o censure_n of_o excommunication_n and_o the_o writ_n of_o prohibition_n but_o praemunire_n be_v not_o mention_v at_o all_o but_o come_v we_o to_o the_o answer_n itself_o and_o therein_o we_o find_v a_o full_a
