statute_n against_o the_o lady_n elizabeth_n the_o queen_n sister_n the_o lady_n elizabeth_n not_o long_o after_o by_o the_o death_n of_o queen_n mary_n come_v to_o the_o crown_n in_o the_o five_o there_o in_o that_o commission_n any_o thing_n concern_v how_o heretic_n be_v to_o be_v punish_v but_o it_o be_v grant_v to_o they_o that_o they_o may_v declare_v or_o not_o declare_v as_o they_o please_v to_o be_v heresy_n or_o not_o heresy_n any_o of_o those_o doctrine_n which_o have_v be_v condemn_v for_o heresy_n in_o the_o first_o four_o general_n counsel_n so_o that_o during_o the_o time_n that_o the_o say_v high_a commission_n be_v in_o be_v there_o be_v no_o statute_n by_o which_o a_o heretic_n can_v be_v punish_v otherways_o than_o by_o the_o ordinary_a censure_n of_o the_o church_n nor_o doctrine_n account_v heresy_n unless_o the_o commissioner_n have_v actual_o declare_v and_o publish_v that_o all_o that_o which_o be_v make_v heresy_n by_o those_o four_o counsel_n shall_v be_v heresy_n also_o now_o but_o i_o never_o hear_v that_o any_o such_o declaration_n be_v make_v either_o by_o proclamation_n or_o by_o record_v it_o in_o church_n or_o by_o public_a print_n
