ibid._n sect._n 108._o that_o no_o action_n can_v be_v bring_v upon_o that_o statute_n for_o a_o disparagement_n for_o that_o since_o the_o make_n of_o it_o it_o be_v never_o see_v nor_o hear_v that_o try_n of_o irish_a peer_n by_o their_o peer_n have_v be_v the_o common_a law_n of_o ireland_n or_o if_o magna_fw-la charta_fw-la and_o 10_o h._n 7._o have_v establish_v it_o there_o for_o a_o law_n it_o will_v some_o time_n or_o other_o have_v be_v there_o put_v in_o ●re_n and_o some_o peer_n there_o will_v have_v claim_v and_o enjoy_v this_o their_o privilege_n in_o point_n of_o trial_n but_o incident_a to_o irish_a peer_n as_o it_o be_v to_o english_a therefore_o this_o kind_n of_o trial_n neither_o be_v confirm_v to_o nor_o intend_v to_o be_v confer_v on_o irish_a peer_n by_o magna_fw-la
