remedy_v whereof_o it_o be_v ordain_v by_o this_o statute_n that_o no_o man_n shall_v renew_v his_o suit_n till_o the_o former_a judgement_n be_v undo_v by_o attaint_n or_o error_n which_o reverse_v of_o a_o judgement_n have_v be_v impossible_a if_o there_o have_v be_v no_o court_n beside_o the_o aforesaid_a two_o court_n wherein_o the_o error_n may_v be_v assign_v examine_v and_o judge_v for_o be_v not_o take_v from_o it_o by_o this_o statute_n but_o what_o case_n be_v there_o in_o this_o chapter_n of_o the_o doctor_n and_o student_n by_o which_o it_o can_v be_v make_v probable_a that_o when_o law_n and_o conscience_n or_o law_n and_o equity_n seem_v to_o oppugn_v one_o another_o the_o write_a law_n shall_v be_v prefer_v la._n if_o the_o defendant_n wage_v his_o law_n in_o a_o be_v against_o equity_n and_o not_o against_o the_o letter_n of_o the_o law_n la._n there_o be_v no_o necessity_n of_o that_o for_o the_o same_o court_n may_v examine_v both_o the_o letter_n and_o the_o equity_n of_o the_o statute_n ph._n you_o see_v by_o this_o that_o the_o jurisdiction_n of_o court_n can_v easy_o be_v distinguish_v but_o by_o the_o king_n himself_o in_o his_o parliament_n certain_a case_n to_o any_o of_o the_o statute_n concern_v the_o admiralty_n the_o justice_n of_o the_o common-law_n may_v send_v a_o prohibition_n to_o that_o court_n to_o proceed_v in_o the_o plea_n though_o it_o be_v with_o a_o non-obstante_a of_o any_o statute_n ph._n methinks_v that_o that_o shall_v be_v against_o the_o right_n of_o the_o crown_n which_o can_v be_v take_v from_o it_o by_o parliament_n if_o a_o man_n do_v you_o a_o injury_n to_o who_o think_v you_o belong_v the_o right_a of_o pardon_v it_o la._n doubtless_o to_o i_o alone_o if_o to_o i_o alone_o be_v do_v that_o injury_n and_o to_o the_o king_n alone_o if_o to_o he_o alone_o be_v do_v the_o injury_n and_o to_o both_o together_o if_o the_o injury_n be_v do_v to_o both_o ph._n what_o part_n then_o have_v any_o man_n in_o the_o grant_n of_o a_o pardon_n but_o the_o king_n and_o the_o party_n wrong_v if_o you_o offend_v no_o member_n of_o either_o house_n why_o shall_v you_o ask_v their_o pardon_n it_o be_v possible_a that_o a_o man_n may_v deserve_v a_o pardon_n or_o he_o may_v be_v such_o a_o one_o sometime_o as_o the_o defence_n of_o the_o kingdom_n have_v need_n of_o may_v not_o the_o king_n pardon_v he_o though_o there_o be_v no_o parliament_n then_o sit_v sir_n edw._n coke_n law_n be_v too_o general_a in_o this_o point_n and_o i_o believe_v if_o he_o have_v think_v on_o it_o he_o will_v have_v
