not_o act_v as_o busybody_n and_o therefore_o as_o this_o case_n be_v when_o we_o have_v give_v our_o evidence_n here_o will_v be_v a_o answer_n to_o all_o the_o implication_n of_o law_n that_o be_v contain_v in_o this_o information_n for_o they_o will_v have_v this_o petition_n work_n by_o implication_n of_o law_n to_o make_v a_o libel_n of_o it_o but_o by_o what_o i_o have_v say_v it_o will_v appear_v
then_o and_o in_o that_o first_o attempt_n it_o be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v acknowledge_v that_o it_o be_v take_v notice_n of_o in_o parliament_n and_o declare_v against_o so_o it_o be_v in_o the_o year_n 1662._o and_o 1672._o in_o the_o year_n 62._o where_o there_o be_v but_o the_o least_o umbrage_n give_v of_o such_o a_o dispense_v power_n although_o the_o king_n have_v declare_v in_o his_o speech_n to_o the_o parliament_n that_o he_o wish_v he_o have_v such_o a_o power_n which_o his_o declaration_n before_o seem_v to_o assume_v the_o parliament_n be_v so_o jealous_a of_o this_o that_o
