he_o will_v establish_v his_o error_n but_o he_o do_v weary_a himself_o in_o vain_a now_o as_o his_o deal_n herein_o be_v ridiculous_a so_o he_o increase_v it_o unto_o a_o shameless_a and_o blasphemous_a doctrine_n for_o he_o say_v that_o there_o be_v but_o one_o only_a true_a christian_a in_o a_o church_n or_o congregation_n and_o all_o the_o rest_n wicked_a yea_o and_o so_o wicked_a if_o they_o be_v our_o right_a yet_o a_o man_n be_v to_o take_v his_o right_a from_o usurp_a traytoure_n by_o force_n of_o arm_n if_o he_o be_v able_a or_o if_o he_o be_v not_o able_a he_o shall_v have_v they_o by_o other_o mean_n then_o by_o the_o dumb_a mynister_n and_o though_o we_o can_v not_o yet_o we_o shall_v not_o take_v our_o right_n on_o a_o thyefe_n to_o iustyfie_v his_o theeverye_n of_o the_o sheepefolde_a and_o then_o see_v if_o we_o can_v get_v our_o right_n for_o if_o all_o such_o minister_n be_v excommunicate_a from_o among_o the_o brethren_n we_o shall_v know_v the_o better_a both_o what_o be_v our_o right_a and_o how_o to_o come_v by_o it_o again_o master_n c._n distinguish_v that_o to_o be_v able_a to_o teach_v be_v not_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n but_o only_o of_o a_o lawful_a minister_n also_o that_o to_o be_v able_a to_o judge_v true_a judgement_n be_v not_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o a_o magistrate_n but_o only_o of_o a_o lawful_a magistrate_n such_o like_a sopperye_n as_o these_o not_o worthy_a the_o answer_n we_o have_v answer_v before_o but_o here_o again_o we_o answer_v that_o the_o discipline_n of_o the_o church_n and_o of_o the_o common_a wealth_n be_v unlike_a in_o this_o that_o ungodly_a man_n may_v be_v sometime_o lawful_a officer_n and_o magistrate_n in_o a_o common_a wealth_n and_o therefore_o heathen_a king_n yea_o idolatrous_a king_n and_o prince_n be_v lawful_a magistrate_n at_o this_o day_n otherwise_o we_o shall_v condemn_v our_o own_o king_n and_o queen_n which_o heretofore_o have_v be_v popish_a and_o idolatrous_a as_o be_v no_o lawful_a magistrate_n but_o in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n this_o hold_v not_o for_o if_o any_o be_v a_o wretched_a liver_n or_o a_o idolater_n he_o can_v neither_o be_v minister_n nor_o lawful_a minister_n in_o the_o church_n yea_o he_o be_v no_o part_n nor_o member_n of_o the_o church_n again_o we_o say_v that_o if_o any_o be_v a_o unlawful_a minister_n he_o be_v a_o minister_n quite_o out_o of_o the_o church_n as_o we_o prove_v before_o and_o then_o what_o have_v the_o church_n to_o do_v with_o he_o master_n cartwright_n will_v needs_o have_v he_o to_o be_v a_o minister_n and_o we_o be_v content_a for_o he_o shall_v be_v a_o minister_n not_o for_o the_o church_n nor_o to_o have_v any_o meddle_v in_o the_o church_n but_o for_o satan_n and_o for_o the_o child_n of_o satan_n further_o we_o answer_v accord_v to_o his_o manner_n of_o reason_v that_o to_o avoid_v idolatrye_a or_o to_o be_v no_o idolater_n be_v not_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n but_o of_o a_o lawful_a minister_n for_o he_o may_v be_v a_o minister_n though_o he_o be_v a_o idolatrous_a minister_n but_o shall_v we_o therefore_o say_v that_o daily_a massemongers_n come_n open_o from_o the_o mass_n to_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n in_o the_o same_o order_n that_o our_o dumb_a mynister_n do_v shall_v be_v receyve_v of_o the_o brethren_n or_o that_o the_o brethren_n shall_v receyve_v the_o sacrament_n at_o their_o hand_n and_o yet_o again_o we_o answer_v that_o if_o a_o man_n be_v not_o a_o lawful_a minister_n he_o have_v no_o essence_n nor_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n except_o we_o say_v he_o have_v the_o substance_n of_o a_o devilish_a minister_n for_o the_o lawfulness_n of_o a_o minister_n and_o of_o his_o it_o be_v of_o the_o substance_n rather_o of_o a_o lawful_a magistrate_n to_o be_v able_a to_o judge_v between_o his_o subject_n then_o simple_o of_o a_o magistrate_n who_o the_o election_n of_o the_o with_o their_o lip_n but_o their_o heart_n be_v far_o off_o from_o he_o sure_o such_o man_n be_v not_o those_o burn_a lamp_n neither_o the_o golden_a candlestick_n he_o speak_v of_o but_o rather_o as_o those_o that_o will_v seek_v i_o daily_o say_v the_o lord_n 13._o even_o as_o a_o nation_n that_o do_v righteous_o 2._o and_o have_v not_o forsake_v the_o statute_n of_o their_o god_n they_o partake_v with_o they_o in_o the_o feast_n of_o charity_n be_v forbid_v which_o distinction_n and_o shift_n they_o allege_v out_o of_o caluin_n but_o who_o dare_v say_v that_o the_o godly_a wife_n may_v not_o eat_v common_a bread_n with_o her_o excommunicate_a husband_n or_o the_o godly_a child_n with_o their_o wicked_a parent_n or_o servant_n with_o their_o master_n for_o otherwise_o all_o service_n ministry_n &_o communion_n in_o a_o common_a wealth_n shall_v be_v overthrow_v and_o so_o as_o paul_n reason_v the_o godly_a shall_v not_o be_v able_a to_o live_v in_o the_o world_n who_o also_o dare_v say_v that_o when_o the_o church_n hold_v their_o feast_n of_o charity_n they_o may_v forbid_v wicked_a person_n to_o partake_v with_o they_o in_o the_o feast_n and_o yet_o suffer_v they_o to_o partake_v in_o the_o lordes-table_n nay_o they_o keep_v their_o feast_n and_o the_o lord_n supper_n together_o and_o hereupon_o paul_n give_v this_o distinction_n that_o they_o shall_v suffer_v none_o but_o brother_n to_o join_v with_o they_o in_o the_o holy_a feast_n or_o in_o the_o assembly_n which_o be_v for_o ministration_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n but_o if_o we_o will_v not_o eat_v and_o drink_v with_o sinner_n in_o the_o world_n we_o must_v go_v out_o of_o the_o world_n wherefore_o there_o be_v a_o eat_n with_o wretch_n in_o the_o world_n or_o in_o worldly_a meeting_n and_o feast_n which_o be_v forbid_v in_o the_o church_n meeting_n as_o if_o a_o brother_n be_v separate_a and_o fall_v away_o shall_v in_o a_o inn_n or_o vitail_v house_n sit_v down_o at_o the_o table_n to_o eat_v after_o we_o and_o other_o be_v set_v it_o be_v unlawful_a to_o rise_v from_o the_o table_n because_o of_o he_o yea_o it_o be_v both_o against_o common_a charity_n and_o humanity_n and_o also_o against_o the_o peace_n &_o communion_n of_o a_o common_a wealth_n but_o of_o this_o matter_n it_o follow_v to_o speak_v afterwards_o we_o haste_v one_o to_o other_o proof_n an_o other_o proof_n be_v as_o though_o it_o be_v grant_v he_o that_o where_o a_o preach_a minister_n be_v there_o be_v a_o church_n nay_o we_o know_v that_o assembly_n of_o papist_n have_v preach_v minister_n and_o yet_o be_v not_o the_o church_n of_o god_n and_o though_o they_o be_v protestant_n which_v have_v a_o preacher_n over_o they_o yet_o if_o he_o for_o his_o wickedness_n cease_v to_o be_v a_o brother_n and_o they_o also_o for_o their_o wickedness_n be_v no_o brethren_n the_o preach_a minister_n can_v not_o cause_v they_o to_o be_v a_o church_n of_o god_n this_o be_v manifest_v before_o and_o shall_v partly_o also_o afterward_o be_v speak_v of_o wherefore_o i_o let_v it_o pass_v as_o for_o that_o he_o say_v of_o some_o knowledge_n receive_v by_o a_o dumb_a ministry_n and_o of_o faith_n receive_v by_o some_o further_a ministry_n it_o be_v much_o like_o the_o same_o trifle_a proof_n he_o use_v before_o and_o be_v answer_v already_o for_o we_o say_v that_o the_o inward_a faith_n will_v not_o justify_v
