that_o which_o have_v please_v he_o to_o do_v by_o two_o yet_o he_o will_v give_v two_o for_o the_o better_a express_v of_o that_o which_o it_o please_v he_o to_o give_v of_o that_o which_o be_v special_a in_o the_o supper_n wherein_o it_o differ_v from_o baptism_n and_o how_o that_o all_o that_o be_v very_o well_o represent_v in_o the_o bread_n and_o the_o wine_n m._n declare_v unto_o i_o then_o the_o property_n which_o the_o bread_n and_o wine_n have_v agreeable_a to_o the_o thing_n the_o which_o they_o represent_v in_o the_o supper_n p._n for_o the_o first_o thou_o must_v note_v time_n that_o we_o have_v the_o full_a enjoy_n in_o heaven_n with_o jesus_n chryst_n m._n i_o think_v than_o that_o to_o be_v the_o cause_n why_o jesus_n christ_n will_v signify_v those_o thing_n to_o we_o by_o the_o eat_n and_o drink_v and_o by_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v proper_a to_o nouriture_n p._n it_o be_v even_o so_o and_o for_o somuch_o as_o man_n can_v not_o live_v by_o meat_n only_o or_o drink_v only_o except_o he_o have_v they_o both_o together_o no_o more_o be_v jesus_n chryst_n content_v to_o ordain_v only_o the_o bread_n or_o only_o the_o wine_n for_o sign_n of_o the_o spiritual_a nouriture_n which_o we_o have_v in_o his_o supper_n but_o will_v ordain_v those_o two_o to_o give_v we_o to_o understand_v that_o even_o as_o he_o which_o have_v meat_n and_o drink_v have_v his_o whole_a nouriture_n even_o so_o the_o faithful_a have_v in_o jesus_n chryst_n full_o all_o that_o which_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o spiritual_a life_n m._n be_v there_o yet_o none_o other_o reason_n why_o jesus_n chryst_n do_v ordain_v those_o two_o sign_n m._n yes_o for_o jesus_n christ_n have_v also_o by_o these_o two_o sign_n better_o express_v how_o that_o he_o have_v give_v his_o body_n and_o his_o life_n to_o the_o death_n for_o we_o than_o if_o he_o have_v ordain_v but_o one_o only_a in_o so_o much_o as_o he_o have_v give_v one_o particular_a sign_n to_o signify_v his_o body_n and_o a_o other_o to_o signify_v his_o blood_n m._n what_o further_a signification_n have_v it_o p._n to_o set_v the_o better_a before_o our_o eye_n how_o that_o he_o be_v in_o deed_n dead_a for_o we_o b._n in_o so_o much_o as_o his_o blood_n be_v separate_v from_o his_o body_n and_o consequent_o his_o life_n and_o that_o he_o have_v so_o love_v we_o that_o he_o have_v not_o spare_v it_o for_o us._n how_o we_o must_v eat_v the_o body_n and_o flesh_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o drink_v his_o blood_n in_o the_o supper_n m._n but_o see_v that_o the_o bread_n represent_v unto_o we_o in_o the_o supper_n the_o flesh_n and_o body_n of_o jesus_n christ_n which_o be_v there_o give_v we_o for_o meat_n and_o that_o the_o wine_n represent_v the_o blood_n which_o be_v there_o give_v we_o for_o drink_v must_v we_o there_o also_o eat_v the_o body_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o drink_v his_o blood_n in_o the_o same_o

nor_o carnal_a presence_n of_o jesus_n christ_n neither_o in_o the_o supper_n nor_o yet_o in_o all_o this_o visible_a world_n but_o only_o a_o spiritual_a and_o divine_a presence_n wherefore_o when_o i_o have_v well_o consider_v the_o whole_a i_o find_v no_o great_a difference_n between_o they_o that_o affirm_v that_o the_o bread_n and_o the_o wine_n be_v convert_v &_o transubstantiate_v into_o the_o body_n &_o blood_n of_o jesus_n christ_n in_o the_o supper_n by_o the_o virtue_n of_o the_o sacramental_a word_n &_o those_o which_o affirm_v that_o albeit_o that_o the_o bread_n &_o the_o wine_n remain_v still_o in_o their_o own_o substance_n yet_o notwithstanding_o the_o body_n &_o blood_n of_o jesus_n christ_n be_v there_o also_o present_a with_o they_o in_o their_o proper_a and_o natural_a substance_n not_o only_o spiritual_o but_o also_o corporal_o &_o substantial_o as_o be_v the_o bread_n &_o the_o wine_n p._n there_o be_v no_o great_a difference_n but_o in_o that_o that_z the_o one_o sort_n think_v to_o avoid_v the_o absurdity_n which_o follow_v the_o opinion_n of_o the_o other_o do_v fall_n into_o other_o absurdity_n which_o be_v nothing_o less_o of_o the_o which_o we_o will_v no_o more_o speak_v here_o because_o the_o matter_n will_v be_v to_o long_o whereof_o we_o have_v already_o sufficient_o speak_v of_o the_o union_n that_o be_v between_o jesus_n christ_n and_o his_o member_n signify_v by_o the_o bread_n and_o the_o wine_n in_o the_o supper_n m._n i_o be_o very_a well_o content_v for_o this_o time_n with_o that_o which_o thou_o have_v say_v and_o therefore_o show_v i_o now_o what_o property_n the_o bread_n and_o the_o wine_n have_v yet_o which_o be_v agreeable_a to_o this_o sacrament_n of_o the_o supper_n beside_o that_o which_o thou_o have_v already_o say_v p._n i_o have_v already_o say_v that_o those_o sign_n be_v agreeable_a to_o this_o sacrament_n because_o they_o be_v apt_a to_o represent_v the_o spiritual_a nouriture_n by_o the_o bodily_a m._n i_o do_v very_o well_o remember_v this_o point_n p._n thou_o have_v also_o to_o note_v upon_o the_o same_o that_o as_o one_o loaf_n and_o one_o vessel_n of_o wine_n be_v make_v of_o many_o grain_n gather_v together_o even_o so_o do_v they_o in_o the_o supper_n represent_v unto_o we_o how_o that_o all_o the_o child_n of_o god_n which_o be_v disperse_v be_v gather_v &_o bring_v together_o in_o one_o and_o unite_v with_o jesus_n christ_n their_o head_n by_o his_o death_n g_o as_o saint_n john_n do_v witness_v m._n thou_o will_v then_o say_v that_o that_o union_n which_o be_v make_v of_o many_o grain_n in_o one_o loaf_n or_o in_o one_o wine_n
it_o must_v needs_o be_v day_n and_o it_o can_v not_o be_v otherwise_o for_o such_o be_v his_o nature_n and_o therefore_o of_o necessity_n he_o must_v bring_v forth_o such_o a_o effect_n of_o his_o own_o nature_n without_o any_o constraint_n or_o violence_n at_o all_o because_o that_o he_o have_v that_o cause_n natural_a in_o himself_o but_o there_o where_o constraint_n be_v there_o be_v some_o force_n and_o unolence_n that_o come_v from_o else_o where_o than_o from_o the_o thing_n that_o be_v enforce_v and_o constrain_v as_o if_o a_o woman_n be_v violate_v by_o force_n she_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v account_v a_o whore_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o we_o do_v account_v she_o who_o willing_o consent_v to_o the_o whore_n master_n we_o do_v then_o sin_v all_o necessary_o and_o of_o necessity_n in_o so_o much_o as_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a that_o of_o our_o nature_n it_o shall_v do_v otherwise_o it_o be_v corrupt_v as_o it_o be_v and_o be_v not_o regenerate_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n and_o that_o by_o mean_a of_o the_o natural_a corruption_n which_o sin_n have_v engender_v in_o all_o mankind_n and_o yet_o for_o all_o that_o none_o constrain_v we_o but_o only_o our_o own_o malice_n and_o wicked_a will_n which_o be_v wicked_a can_v apply_v itself_o to_o nothing_o but_o to_o evil_n therefore_o it_o be_v not_o without_o cause_n say_v 13._o thy_o perdition_n be_v of_o thyself_o oh_o israel_n but_o thy_o salvation_n be_v only_o by_o i_o it_o do_v then_o follow_v that_o our_o wicked_a will_n do_v evil_a of_o necessity_n for_o so_o much_o as_o it_o be_v of_o a_o have_v as_o great_a delight_n in_o do_v evil_a as_o that_o of_o the_o angel_n of_o heaven_n have_v in_o do_v well_o but_o the_o like_a be_v not_o in_o the_o do_n of_o the_o good_a that_o he_o do_v for_o in_o that_o he_o do_v nothing_o but_o by_o constraint_n and_o that_o which_o be_v always_o evil_a in_o so_o much_o as_o it_o proceed_v from_o he_o &_o can_v not_o be_v good_a but_o so_o far_o forth_o as_o god_n through_o his_o power_n &_o infinite_a goodness_n will_v he_o or_o will_v he_o not_o do_v draw_v out_o goodness_n of_o it_o &_o make_v it_o to_o serve_v to_o a_o other_o end_n
