suppose_v as_o include_v under_o every_o administration_n that_o be_v give_v to_o the_o nation_n and_o thus_o infant_n be_v except_v from_o all_o those_o last_o mention_v precept_n promise_n threat_n etc._n etc._n forasmuch_o as_o it_o be_v most_o notorious_o know_v they_o be_v not_o capable_a to_o do_v the_o thing_n upon_o the_o performance_n or_o non-performance_n of_o which_o those_o mercy_n and_o judgement_n be_v promise_v and_o threaten_v for_o they_o can_v hear_v christ_n voice_n nor_o know_v nor_o love_n nor_o obey_v he_o nor_o deny_v themselves_o nor_o hate_v their_o life_n nor_o
