and_o sin_n they_o that_o have_v a_o overcome_a and_o victorious_a faith_n they_o have_v this_o happiness_n you_o therefore_o that_o be_v not_o such_o labour_v to_o be_v such_o for_o if_o you_o be_v above_o all_o thing_n in_o the_o world_n be_v satisfy_v and_o content_v with_o nothing_o but_o with_o the_o lord_n christ_n and_o although_o it_o partake_v of_o many_o thing_n below_o and_o enjoy_v abundance_n of_o outward_a comfort_n yet_o it_o be_v not_o quiet_v till_o it_o rest_n and_o pitch_v itself_o upon_o the_o lord_n and_o find_v and_o feel_v that_o evidence_n and_o assurance_n of_o his_o love_n which_o he_o have_v promise_v unto_o and_o will_v bestow_v on_o those_o who_o love_v he_o as_o for_o all_o thing_n here_o below_o he_o have_v but_o a_o slight_a and_o mean_v and_o base_a esteem_n of_o they_o this_o you_o shall_v see_v apparent_a in_o abraham_n gen._n 15.1_o 2._o fear_v not_o abraham_n say_v god_n i_o be_o thy_o shield_n and_o thy_o exceed_a great_a reward_n what_o can_v a_o man_n desire_v more_o one_o will_v think_v that_o the_o lord_n make_v a_o promise_n here_o large_a enough_o to_o abraham_n i_o will_v be_v thy_o buckler_n and_o exceed_v great_a reward_n what_o will_v thou_o do_v for_o i_o alas_o nothing_o will_v do_v my_o soul_n good_a unless_o i_o have_v a_o son_n and_o in_o he_o a_o saviour_n what_o will_v become_v of_o i_o so_o long_o as_o i_o go_v childless_a and_o so_o saviourlesse_a as_o i_o may_v so_o speak_v you_o see_v how_o abraham_n mouth_n be_v out_o of_o taste_n with_o all_o other_o thing_n how_o he_o can_v relish_v nothing_o enjoy_v nothing_o in_o comparison_n of_o the_o promise_n though_o he_o have_v otherwise_o what_o he_o will_v or_o can_v desire_v thus_o must_v it_o be_v with_o every_o faithful_a man_n that_o soul_n never_o have_v nor_o never_o shall_v have_v christ_n that_o do_v not_o prize_v he_o above_o all_o thing_n in_o the_o world_n no_o certain_o a_o faithful_a soul_n breathe_v after_o nothing_o so_o much_o as_o mercy_n in_o christ_n look_v after_o and_o long_v for_o nothing_o so_o much_o as_o the_o assurance_n of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n though_o all_o the_o comfort_n of_o this_o world_n be_v afford_v a_o faithful_a man_n yet_o still_o he_o will_v plead_v with_o the_o lord_n oh_o lord_n what_o will_v become_v of_o i_o notwithstanding_o all_o this_o so_o long_o as_o my_o soul_n be_v comfortless_a what_o avail_v it_o i_o to_o live_v here_o oh_o thy_o mercy_n oh_o thy_o salvation_n oh_o the_o lord_n christ_n these_o be_v the_o thing_n my_o soul_n breathe_v after_o this_o my_o brethren_n be_v the_o nature_n of_o faith_n if_o it_o be_v right_o wrought_v in_o the_o soul_n as_o you_o shall_v fee_n and_o find_v by_o ordinary_a experience_n for_o take_v a_o man_n that_o be_v what_o will_v thou_o give_v i_o unless_o i_o have_v my_o saviour_n and_o mercy_n in_o he_o and_o pardon_v in_o he_o and_o all_o in_o he_o and_o through_o he_o still_o thus_o beat_v the_o pulse_n of_o a_o faithful_a soul_n and_o this_o be_v the_o nature_n of_o save_a faith_n the_o faith_n of_o god_n elect_v as_o for_o these_o thing_n here_o below_o these_o matter_n of_o the_o world_n they_o be_v little_a in_o the_o regard_n and_o esteem_v of_o a_o christian_a man_n if_o he_o have_v they_o he_o see_v god_n in_o they_o if_o he_o want_v they_o he_o be_v never_o a_o whit_n the_o worse_o the_o apostle_n speak_v of_o believer_n and_o the_o faithful_a people_n of_o god_n heb._n 11._o say_v that_o they_o let_v their_o hold_n go_v of_o all_o these_o thing_n below_o let_v the_o world_n take_v the_o world_n if_o they_o will_v let_v the_o dead_a bury_v their_o dead_a but_o as_o for_o they_o have_v see_v the_o promise_n afar_o off_o they_o be_v persuade_v of_o they_o and_o embrace_v they_o and_o confess_v that_o they_o be_v stranger_n and_o pilgrim_n on_o the_o earth_n even_o in_o that_o country_n that_o god_n have_v promise_v they_o verse_n 13._o the_o three_o step_n of_o abraham_n faith_n be_v this_o he_o cast_v himself_o and_o flinge_v his_o soul_n as_o i_o may_v say_v upon_o the_o all-sufficient_a power_n and_o mercy_n of_o god_n for_o the_o attainment_n of_o what_o he_o apprehend_v and_o apply_v it_o to_o himself_o though_o he_o find_v nothing_o in_o himself_o yet_o he_o be_v still_o resolve_v to_o rest_v upon_o the_o lord_n and_o to_o stay_v himself_o on_o the_o god_n of_o his_o salvation_n and_o to_o wait_v for_o his_o mercy_n till_o he_o find_v he_o gracious_a to_o his_o poor_a soul_n excellent_a and_o famous_a be_v that_o example_n of_o the_o woman_n of_o
