adjoyn_v and_o in_o either_o of_o they_o there_o be_v a_o river_n navigable_a and_o by_o accident_n one_o of_o they_o be_v dry_v up_o and_o the_o other_o abound_v with_o water_n more_o perhaps_o then_o there_o be_v necessary_a use_n of_o i_o be_o in_o the_o case_n of_o opinion_n that_o the_o commissioner_n of_o sewer_n have_v power_n by_o the_o commission_n to_o make_v a_o law_n or_o repair_v in_o d._n and_o d._n to_o contribute_v to_o s._n where_o in_o those_o case_n there_o can_v be_v no_o benefit_n be_v direct_o against_o the_o letter_n and_o sense_n of_o these_o law_n but_o
