thing_n have_v one_o two_o three_o and_o sometime_o more_o boat_n or_o lighter_n lie_v together_o and_o fasten_v one_o to_o the_o other_o in_o the_o river_n of_o thames_n aforesaid_a by_o which_o coal_n market_n on_o the_o thames_n for_o sell_v coal_n forestalling_a engross_a and_o regrate_v aforesaid_a to_o the_o great_a cozenage_n damage_n and_o oppression_n as_o well_o of_o the_o poor_a as_o the_o rich_a daily_o increase_v and_o augment_v and_o the_o price_n of_o coal_n and_o other_o thing_n be_v make_v dear_a and_o for_o that_o by_o the_o frequent_a importation_n unlade_v and_o measure_v of_o such_o coal_n and_o such_o like_a thing_n in_o and_o from_o the_o say_a boat_n or_o lighter_n very_o many_o of_o the_o same_o coal_n and_o other_o dirt_n often_o fall_v and_o be_v cast_v into_o the_o river_n of_o thames_n to_o the_o great_a harm_n and_o choke_n up_o the_o stream_n of_o the_o same_o river_n and_o the_o say_a boat_n so_o place_v do_v great_o hinder_v the_o stream_n of_o the_o say_a river_n and_o the_o passage_n of_o passenger_n upon_o the_o water_n of_o the_o same_o river_n we_o therefore_o think_v it_o fit_a that_o lighter_n no_o market_n to_o be_v
