or_o ripper_n trout_n shedder_n salmon_n or_o shedder_n trout_n ii_o none_o shall_v take_v or_o kill_v any_o pike_n or_o pickeril_n not_o be_v in_o length_n ten_o inch_n fish_n nor_o salmon_n not_o or_o device_n whatsoever_o in_o any_o river_n sew_v pond_n bote_n or_o other_o uuater_fw-la nor_o be_v aid_v or_o assist_v thereunto_o without_o the_o licence_n or_o consent_n of_o the_o lord_n or_o owner_n of_o the_o say_a water_n and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n be_v convict_v of_o any_o of_o these_o offence_n by_o his_o own_o confession_n or_o by_o oath_n of_o one_o sufficient_a witness_n within_o one_o month_n after_o the_o offence_n be_v commit_v before_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o such_o county_n ride_v division_n or_o place_n wherein_o such_o be_v commit_v every_o such_o person_n in_o take_v steal_v or_o kill_v fish_n shall_v for_o cherry_n such_o offence_n give_v to_o the_o party_n or_o party_n grieve_v or_o injure_v such_o recompense_n for_o he_o or_o their_o damage_n and_o within_o such_o time_n as_o the_o say_a justice_n shall_v appoint_v not_o exceed_v treble_a damage_n and_o over_o and_o above_o pay_v down_o present_o unto_o the_o overseer_n for_o the_o poor_a where_o such_o difence_n be_v commit_v such_o sum_n of_o money_n not_o exceed_v 10_n as_o the_o say_a justice_n shall_v think_v meet_a and_o in_o default_n of_o payment_n as_o aforesaid_a
