appointment_n be_v steadfast_a and_o that_o because_o speak_v from_o he_o and_o by_o his_o appointment_n and_o there_o be_v two_o thing_n that_o belong_v unto_o this_o steadfastness_n of_o the_o word_n speak_v 1._o that_o in_o respect_n of_o they_o unto_o who_o it_o be_v speak_v it_o be_v the_o foundation_n of_o faith_n and_o obedience_n the_o formal_a reason_n of_o they_o and_o last_o ground_n whereunto_o they_o be_v resolve_v 2._o that_o on_o the_o part_n of_o god_n it_o be_v a_o stable_n and_o sufficient_a ground_n of_o righteousness_n in_o proceed_v to_o take_v vengeance_n on_o they_o by_o who_o it_o be_v neglect_v the_o punishment_n of_o transgressor_n be_v a_o meet_a recompense_n of_o reward_n because_o the_o word_n speak_v unto_o they_o be_v steadfast_a and_o this_o latter_a follow_v upon_o the_o former_a for_o if_o the_o word_n be_v not_o a_o stable_n firm_a foundation_n for_o the_o faith_n and_o obedience_n of_o man_n they_o can_v be_v just_o punish_v for_o the_o neglect_n of_o it_o that_o therefore_o must_v be_v brief_o speak_v unto_o and_o this_o will_v natural_o ensue_v as_o a_o consequent_a thereof_o god_n have_v as_o we_o see_v on_o the_o first_o verse_n of_o this_o epistle_n by_o various_a way_n and_o mean_n declare_v and_o reveal_v his_o mind_n unto_o man_n that_o declaration_n what_o mean_n or_o instrument_n so_o ever_o he_o be_v please_v to_o make_v use_n of_o therein_o be_v call_v his_o word_n and_o that_o because_o original_o it_o be_v he_o proceed_v from_o he_o be_v deliver_v in_o his_o name_n and_o authority_n reveal_v his_o mind_n and_o tend_v to_o his_o glory_n thus_o sometime_o he_o speak_v by_o angel_n use_v their_o ministry_n either_o in_o deliver_v his_o message_n by_o word_n of_o a_o outward_a sound_n or_o by_o representation_n of_o thing_n in_o vision_n and_o dream_n and_o sometime_o by_o the_o inspiration_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n enable_v they_o so_o inspire_v to_o give_v out_o the_o word_n which_o they_o receive_v pure_o and_o entire_o all_o remain_v his_o word_n still_o now_o what_o way_n soever_o god_n be_v please_v to_o use_v in_o the_o communication_n of_o his_o mind_n and_o will_n unto_o man_n for_o their_o obedience_n there_o be_v that_o steadfastness_n in_o the_o word_n itself_o that_o evidence_n to_o be_v from_o he_o as_o make_v it_o the_o duty_n of_o man_n to_o believe_v in_o it_o with_o faith_n divine_a and_o supernatural_a and_o that_o stability_n which_o will_v never_o deceive_v they_o it_o be_v i_o say_v
