other_o part_n of_o the_o body_n have_v as_o much_o in_o the_o design_v and_o production_n of_o a_o creature_n as_o the_o brain_n have_v in_o the_o production_n of_o a_o thought_n for_o child_n be_v not_o produce_v by_o thought_n no_o more_o than_o digestion_n or_o nourishment_n be_v produce_v by_o the_o eye_n or_o the_o make_n of_o blood_n by_o the_o ear_n or_o the_o several_a appetite_n of_o the_o body_n by_o the_o five_o exterior_a sensitive_a organ_n but_o although_o all_o interior_a as_o well_o as_o exterior_a part_n of_o the_o body_n have_v their_o particular_a knowledge_n and_o perception_n different_a from_o those_o of_o the_o head_n and_o the_o five_o sensitive_a organ_n and_o the_o head_n and_o organ_n knowledge_n and_o perception_n be_v differ_v from_o they_o nevertheless_o they_o have_v acquaintance_n or_o correspondence_n with_o each_o other_o for_o when_o the_o stomach_n have_v a_o appetite_n to_o food_n the_o mouth_n and_o hand_n endeavour_v to_o serve_v it_o and_o the_o leg_n be_v willing_a to_o run_v for_o it_o the_o same_o may_v be_v say_v of_o other_o appetite_n also_o in_o case_n of_o oppression_n when_o one_o part_n of_o the_o body_n be_v oppress_v or_o in_o distress_n all_o the_o other_o part_n endeavour_v to_o relieve_v that_o distress_a or_o afflict_a part_n thus_o although_o there_o be_v difference_n between_o the_o the_o rational_a and_o sensitive_a motion_n even_o in_o the_o same_o part_n for_o the_o rational_a may_v move_v regular_o and_o the_o sensitive_a irregular_o or_o the_o sensitive_a may_v move_v regular_o and_o the_o rational_a irregular_o nay_o often_o there_o be_v irregularity_n and_o disagreement_n in_o the_o same_o degree_n of_o motion_n as_o betwixt_o rational_a and_o rational_a sensitive_a and_o sensitive_a and_o although_o it_o be_v proper_a for_o the_o rational_a to_o inform_v the_o sensitive_a yet_o the_o sensitive_a do_v often_o inform_v the_o rational_a only_o they_o can_v give_v such_o a_o general_a information_n as_o the_o rational_a for_o one_o rational_a part_n can_v inform_v all_o other_o rational_a part_n in_o a_o moment_n of_o time_n and_o by_o one_o act_n and_o therefore_o rational_a knowledge_n be_v not_o only_o in_o the_o head_n or_o brain_n but_o in_o every_o part_n or_o particle_n of_o the_o body_n some_o learned_a conceive_v that_o all_o a_o manner_n figure_n after_o such_o and_o colour_n after_o another_o for_o if_o motion_n be_v no_o substance_n or_o body_n and_o beside_o void_a of_o sense_n not_o know_v what_o it_o act_n i_o can_v any_o otherwise_o in_o the_o object_n but_o by_o a_o effect_n thereof_o upon_o we_o cause_v by_o such_o a_o motion_n in_o the_o object_n so_o neither_o say_v they_o be_v sound_a in_o the_o thing_n we_o hear_v but_o in_o ourselves_o for_o as_o a_o man_n may_v see_v so_o he_o may_v hear_v double_a or_o treble_a by_o multiplication_n of_o echo_n which_o be_v sound_n as_o well_o as_o the_o original_a and_o not_o be_v in_o one_o and_o the_o same_o place_n can_v be_v inherent_a in_o the_o body_n for_o the_o clapper_n have_v no_o sound_n in_o it_o but_o motion_n and_o make_v motion_n in_o
