god_n they_o lay_v the_o axe_n to_o the_o root_n of_o humane_a society_n and_o be_v the_o common_a enemy_n of_o mankind_n it_o be_v to_o prevent_v these_o enormity_n that_o government_n be_v institute_v and_o shall_v government_n indulge_v that_o which_o it_o be_v institute_v to_o destroy_v this_o be_v to_o render_v magistracy_n useless_a and_o the_o bear_v of_o the_o sword_n vain_a there_o will_v be_v then_o no_o such_o thing_n in_o government_n as_o a_o terror_n to_o evil-doer_n but_o every_o one_o will_v do_v that_o which_o he_o think_v right_o in_o his_o own_o eye_n god_n almighty_n defend_v we_o from_o this_o anarchy_n there_o be_v three_o great_a reason_n which_o enforce_v my_o supplication_n the_o first_o be_v the_o preservation_n of_o the_o government_n which_o
