upon_o his_o deal_n with_o they_o which_o be_v horrid_a to_o be_v think_v as_o as_o cruel_a as_o those_o of_o the_o inhuman_a cannibal_n towards_o some_o who_o poor_a miserable_a creature_n they_o be_v willing_a to_o have_v save_v they_o but_o they_o will_v not_o embrace_v it_o and_o so_o their_o condemnation_n be_v just_a and_o they_o can_v have_v no_o plea_n neither_o from_o the_o righteousness_n nor_o mercy_n of_o god_n which_o mercy_n itself_o do_v most_o deserve_o condemn_v they_o because_o they_o have_v finned_a against_o it_o and_o despise_v the_o riches_n thereof_o which_o do_v lead_v unto_o repentance_n thus_o shall_v they_o be_v judge_v by_o and_o leave_v without_o all_o excuse_n from_o the_o very_a mercy_n of_o god_n whereas_o have_v not_o the_o lord_n mercy_n if_o not_o for_o salvation_n and_o for_o that_o which_o be_v sufficient_a to_o save_v they_o shall_v the_o soul_n when_o it_o be_v to_o seek_v the_o lord_n only_o seek_v he_o for_o the_o they_o be_v either_o because_o they_o know_v the_o gospel_n to_o be_v so_o universal_o to_o all_o and_o every_o one_o or_o else_o because_o of_o some_o special_a immediate_a revelation_n from_o god_n assure_v they_o that_o though_o the_o gospel_n be_v not_o glad_a tiding_n unto_o all_o man_n but_o that_o many_o be_v yea_o the_o far_o great_a part_n of_o mankind_n except_v yet_o it_o be_v so_o to_o they_o in_o special_a god_n have_v reveal_v it_o unto_o they_o by_o name_n that_o they_o be_v include_v in_o that_o particular_a small_a number_n to_o who_o the_o gospel_n be_v glad_a tiding_n but_o this_o way_n you_o wave_v as_o deny_v immediate_a revelation_n therefore_o must_v run_v to_o the_o former_a there_o be_v no_o three_o way_n conceivable_a and_o indeed_o upon_o that_o ground_n it_o be_v clear_o deducible_a for_o if_o the_o gospel_n be_v glad_a tiding_n to_o all_o particular_n than_o any_o particular_a may_v without_o hesitation_n conclude_v it_o so_o to_o he_o for_o from_o the_o universal_a to_o the_o particular_a or_o particular_n be_v a_o most_o certain_a and_o infallible_a consequence_n as_o for_o example_n i_o or_o any_o man_n may_v conclude_v our_o selus_fw-la as_o descend_v from_o adam_n because_o all_o man_n universal_o be_v so_o and_o on_o the_o contrary_a from_o never_o so_o many_o particular_n if_o there_o be_v any_o exception_n of_o but_o any_o one_o it_o the_o gospel_n it_o must_v be_v hold_v forth_o as_o a_o thing_n certain_a and_o as_o such_o must_v be_v make_v know_v unto_o he_o for_o what_o be_v a_o man_n faith_n but_o the_o particular_a application_n of_o the_o gospel_n or_o thing_n therein_o hold_v forth_o unto_o a_o man_n self_n or_o man_n lay_v hold_n on_o the_o grace_n offer_v and_o believe_v that_o it_o belong_v to_o he_o which_o he_o can_v never_o do_v until_o it_o be_v so_o make_v know_v to_o he_o and_o that_o certain_o not_o by_o faint_a or_o rash_a conjecture_n for_o true_a divine_a faith_n rely_v not_o can_v lean_v upon_o mere_a conjecture_n but_o only_o upon_o certainty_n and_o herein_o faith_n differ_v from_o opinion_n which_o always_o rely_v upon_o conjecture_n and_o therefore_o be_v but_o faint_a itself_o simple_o in_o power_n virtue_n light_n and_o life_n rather_o than_o in_o word_n for_o that_o the_o soul_n be_v in_o confusion_n darkness_n and_o unacquaintedness_n with_o the_o way_n of_o that_o doctrine_n which_o not_o only_o inform_v people_n of_o no_o such_o thing_n but_o plain_o deny_v any_o such_o principle_n as_o to_o the_o great_a part_n of_o man_n be_v most_o prejudicial_a and_o impeditive_a of_o holiness_n etc._n etc._n but_o so_o be_v respective_o the_o aforesaid_a doctrine_n therefore_o etc._n etc._n and_o the_o thing_n be_v indeed_o most_o plain_a with_o little_a of_o god_n minister_n and_o amdassador_n of_o christ_n do_v certain_o know_v and_o assure_v they_o in_o the_o name_n of_o god_n that_o there_o be_v not_o only_a no_o such_o principle_n power_n or_o capacity_n give_v by_o god_n to_o the_o great_a part_n of_o mankind_n but_o that_o there_o never_o shall_v be_v any_o such_o give_v they_o from_o all_o eternity_n god_n have_v of_o his_o own_o freewill_n and_o pleasure_n irrevocable_o determine_v never_o to_o give_v they_o any_o such_o thing_n without_o which_o it_o be_v impossible_a for_o they_o ever_o to_o become_v believer_n holy_a produce_v nor_o direct_v they_o to_o any_o medicament_n that_o be_v able_a to_o cure_v they_o but_o on_o the_o contrary_n tell_v they_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o be_v incurable_a and_o to_o say_v the_o right_n of_o it_o though_o he_o beleeu_n several_a of_o they_o may_v be_v cure_v yet_o he_o know_v not_o which_o of_o they_o nor_o indeed_o certain_o whether_o any_o of_o they_o to_o who_o lord_n viz._n that_o christ_n the_o light_n of_o the_o world_n have_v enlighten_v they_o and_o give_v they_o a_o principle_n sufficient_a whereby_o they_o may_v be_v lead_v out_o of_o that_o state_n of_o darkness_n and_o wickedness_n and_o be_v quicken_v and_o sanctify_v unto_o god_n these_o be_v indeed_o messenger_n of_o glad_a tiding_n to_o the_o nation_n who_o foot_n be_v beautiful_a upon_o
