so_o to_o do_v than_o he_o be_v able_a to_o show_v it_o as_o that_o which_o may_v be_v his_o warrant_n so_o to_o
act_v either_o out_o of_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n himself_o or_o out_o of_o those_o that_o be_v speak_v or_o write_v by_o the_o apostle_n which_o be_v his_o ambassador_n and_o be_v furnish_v from_o their_o lord_n with_o command_n for_o his_o servant_n observance_n until_o he_o come_v again_o but_o no_o servant_n of_o christ_n i_o suppose_v be_v able_a to_o show_v either_o out_o of_o his_o own_o word_n or_o out_o of_o the_o word_n of_o the_o apostle_n any_o such_o liberty_n or_o authority_n from_o the_o lord_n as_o that_o which_o may_v be_v his_o warrant_n so_o to_o do_v therefore_o the_o first_o proposition_n can_v be_v deny_v which_o be_v this_o if_o any_o servant_n of_o christ_n jesus_n have_v any_o such_o authority_n from_o his_o lord_n he_o be_v able_a to_o show_v it_o either_o out_o of_o his_o own_o word_n or_o from_o the_o apostle_n and_o indeed_o for_o a_o man_n to_o act_v in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o not_o to_o have_v a_o word_n or_o warrant_v from_o he_o be_v high_a presumption_n and_o so_o will_v it_o appear_v if_o these_o these_o thing_n be_v consider_v 1._o in_o that_o it_o be_v plain_o declare_v that_o all_o power_n in_o heaven_n and_o in_o earth_n be_v give_v unto_o christ_n and_o therefore_o must_v all_o authority_n in_o heaven_n and_o in_o earth_n be_v derive_v from_o he_o and_o hence_o it_o be_v that_o it_o concern_v the_o consideration_n it_o also_o appear_v that_o it_o concern_v the_o servant_n of_o christ_n that_o they_o despise_v not_o such_o a_o lawgiver_n and_o such_o a_o judge_n as_o he_o be_v in_o take_v such_o liberty_n or_o exercise_v such_o authority_n over_o other_o man_n conscience_n which_o can_v be_v make_v out_o from_o his_o word_n that_o he_o have_v give_v they_o all_o which_o as_o so_o many_o argument_n will_v prove_v the_o first_o proposition_n and_o as_o for_o the_o second_o which_o be_v this_o sci_fw-la no_o servant_n of_o christ_n can_v show_v a_o warrant_n from_o christ_n for_o such_o a_o authority_n either_o out_o of_o his_o own_o word_n or_o his_o apostle_n if_o that_o be_v deny_v we_o must_v then_o call_v for_o the_o warrant_n which_o must_v be_v show_v either_o out_o of_o the_o evangelist_n the_o book_n of_o the_o act_n of_o the_o apostle_n the_o apostle_n epistle_n or_o the_o revelation_n of_o jesus_n but_o i_o suppose_v it_o can_v be_v show_v out_o of_o any_o of_o these_o if_o the_o 13._o of_o the_o roman_n be_v produce_v for_o a_o warrant_n no_o man_n can_v deny_v that_o the_o power_n there_o speak_v of_o be_v such_o as_o belong_v to_o a_o heathen_a and_o i_o think_v no_o man_n will_v acknowledge_v that_o he_o have_v such_o a_o authority_n from_o christ_n to_o order_v man_n conscience_n or_o outward_a man_n with_o respect_n to_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n and_o therefore_o that_o word_n can_v be_v their_o warrant_n if_o the_o word_n of_o paul_n gal._n 5._o 12._o i_o will_v they_o be_v cut_v off_o that_o trouble_n you_o be_v producee_v for_o a_o warrant_n let_v the_o word_n be_v consider_v and_o in_o the_o first_o place_n there_o be_v no_o mention_n make_v of_o outward_a force_n or_o outward_a affliction_n and_o therefore_o no_o warrant_n for_o any_o outward_a or_o carnal_a hand_n so_o to_o afflict_v but_o 2._o the_o word_n be_v speak_v to_o the_o church_n in_o give_v atia_fw-la which_o be_v spirit_n all_o society_n and_o concern_v spiritual_a transgressor_n and_o therefore_o their_o cut_n off_o must_v be_v from_o that_o spiritual_a relation_n and_o union_n which_o hitherto_o they_o enjoy_v and_o how_o that_o be_v do_v compare_v 3_o act_n 23._o with_o mat._n 18._o 8._o 17._o rom._n 11._o 17._o 19_o 20._o 22._o and_o the_o carnal_a cut_v off_o from_o the_o carnal_a israel_n before_o the_o time_n of_o reformation_n be_v but_o a_o type_n off_o which_o be_v a_o business_n that_o belong_v to_o a_o sword_n it_o will_v be_v too_o carnal_a a_o understanding_n of_o the_o place_n to_o conceive_v that_o this_o shall_v be_v do_v by_o any_o other_o sword_n than_o by_o the_o sword_n of_o the_o spirit_n which_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o can_v reach_v to_o their_o spirit_n and_o be_v the_o only_a offensive_a weapon_n the_o saint_n be_v to_o take_v in_o such_o case_n as_o this_o against_o their_o spiritual_a opposer_n and_o so_o have_v i_o do_v with_o the_o first_o argument_n a_o second_o to_o evince_v this_o be_v take_v from_o that_o law_n wherewith_o christ_n jesus_n that_o son_n of_o righteousness_n have_v more_o or_o less_o enlighten_v the_o nation_n which_o i_o may_v therefore_o call_v the_o law_n of_o nation_n be_v that_o law_n by_o which_o the_o lord_n will_v judge_v those_o which_o may_v otherwise_o be_v say_v to_o be_v without_o law_n the_o law_n be_v this_o do_v as_o thou_o will_v be_v do_v unto_o which_o be_v also_o as_o christ_n speak_v the_o law_n and_o the_o prophet_n the_o argument_n stand_v thus_o 2._o arg._n if_o every_o servant_n of_o christ_n jesus_n have_v a_o commandment_n from_o his_o lord_n as_o he_o will_v answer_v it_o before_o he_o when_o he_o shall_v appear_v as_o judge_n to_o do_v to_o other_o as_o he_o will_v have_v other_o to_o do_v unto_o he_o then_o no_o servant_n of_o he_o can_v have_v either_o liberty_n or_o authority_n from_o he_o thus_o to_o force_v another_o man_n conscience_n or_o his_o outward_a man_n mee_o for_o conscience_n sake_n but_o every_o servant_n of_o christ_n have_v this_o command_n from_o his_o lord_n viz._n do_v to_o other_o as_o you_o will_v that_o other_o shall_v do_v unto_o you_o therefore_o etc._n etc._n the_o second_o proposition_n be_v undeniable_a see_v 7._o mat._n 12._o luk._n 6._o 31._o the_o consequence_n of_o the_o first_o proposition_n can_v scarce_o be_v deny_v but_o if_o any_o shall_v rash_o deny_v it_o than_o i_o appeal_v to_o that_o man_n conscience_n not_o be_v sear_v which_o also_o know_v but_o in_o part_n in_o the_o fight_n &_o presence_n of_o god_n whether_o he_o can_v be_v willing_a that_o another_o who_o be_v further_o inform_v in_o the_o thing_n of_o god_n and_o be_v also_o strong_a than_o he_o whether_o he_o can_v be_v willing_a i_o say_v that_o he_o shall_v by_o such_o a_o force_n constrain_v or_o restrain_v his_o conscience_n although_o in_o small_a difference_n but_o how_o much_o less_o in_o thing_n that_o do_v so_o vast_o differ_v 3_o arg._n the_o three_o argument_n stand_v thus_o if_o
