a_o unpartial_a search_n after_o truth_n and_o full_a satisfaction_n thorough_o examine_v the_o same_o distinction_n of_o faculty_n in_o the_o sencitive_a soul_n that_o the_o common_a sense_n therefore_o imagine_v that_o in_o simple_a spiritual_a substance_n the_o case_n must_v be_v alike_o and_o there_o be_v no_o remedy_n but_o we_o must_v understand_v by_o one_o faculty_n will_n or_o will_v by_o another_o remember_v by_o a_o three_o whereas_o all_o these_o several_a action_n flow_v immediate_o from_o the_o lively_a and_o active_a essence_n of_o such_o a_o spiritual_a substance_n without_o any_o such_o distinct_a faculty_n that_o need_v come_v between_o the_o agent_n and_o the_o action_n for_o our_o purpose_n it_o appear_v that_o the_o understanding_n and_o will_n be_v not_o distinct_a faculty_n that_o have_v distinct_a action_n thus_o first_o the_o understanding_n essential_o include_v the_o will._n for_o the_o understanding_n have_v a_o natural_a inclmation_n to_o truth_n as_o the_o will_n have_v to_o goodness_n it_o abhor_v falsehood_n as_o that_o do_v evil_a this_o desire_n and_o love_n of_o truth_n be_v 〈◊〉_d this_o refusal_n and_o hatred_n of_o falsehood_n be_v nolitio_n and_o so_o velle_fw-la and_o nolle_n be_v action_n even_o of_o the_o understanding_n too_o and_o this_o proposition_n intellectus_fw-la vulirerum_fw-la non_fw-la 〈◊〉_d salsum_fw-la be_v most_o true_a and_o proper_a second_o the_o will_v essential_o include_v the_o understanding_n for_o to_o will_n or_o will_v any_o thing_n good_a onâ—uill_n be_v a_o action_n either_o of_o knowledge_n or_o of_o ignorance_n if_o of_o ignorance_n than_o the_o will_n in_o reasonable_a nature_n shall_v be_v a_o unreasonable_a faculty_n which_o be_v blind_o carry_v to_o the_o embrace_v or_o refuse_v their_o creation_n when_o the_o creature_n be_v as_o it_o be_v make_v than_o it_o be_v both_o true_a and_o good_a so_o far_o as_o any_o part_n of_o truth_n be_v lose_v so_o much_o of_o goodness_n be_v go_v and_o this_o appear_v by_o the_o contrary_a malum_fw-la and_o balsam_n in_o the_o creature_n oppose_v to_o this_o natural_a goodness_n and_o truth_n of_o it_o be_v both_o but_o one_o thing_n namely_o any_o defect_n or_o excess_n in_o the_o part_n or_o degree_n of_o their_o essence_n and_o quality_n otherwise_o then_o according_a to_o the_o truth_n of_o their_o creation_n such_o defect_n and_o excess_n we_o call_v error_n untruth_n and_o evil_n in_o nature_n so_o that_o if_o we_o consider_v truth_n and_o goodness_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o thing_n themselves_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a to_o make_v any_o real_a distinction_n between_o they_o what_o thing_n be_v in_o our_o opinion_n it_o matter_n not_o much_o our_o conceit_n we_o have_v of_o they_o make_v they_o not_o either_o true_a or_o good_a nor_o be_v gold_n and_o precious_a stone_n any_o jot_n the_o better_a or_o worse_o because_o civil_a nation_n have_v they_o in_o great_a account_n or_o tartar_n and_o
