spirit_n in_o point_n of_o time_n as_o pray_v by_o a_o form_n be_v in_o point_n of_o word_n and_o all_o man_n shall_v be_v require_v to_o begin_v the_o public_a worship_n at_o such_o a_o hour_n and_o so_o end_v at_o such_o a_o hour_n time_n be_v a_o necessary_a circumstance_n our_o brethren_n grant_v that_o the_o magistrate_n or_o church_n may_v lawful_o determine_v it_o here_o be_v then_o a_o lawful_a imposition_n and_o yet_o the_o quaker_n may_v real_o judge_v it_o to_o be_v sinful_a and_o declare_v they_o can_v communicate_v unless_o this_o sinful_a imposition_n be_v remove_v for_o it_o be_v against_o their_o conscience_n to_o have_v the_o spirit_n limit_v to_o any_o certain_a time_n on_o who_o side_n do_v the_o schism_n lie_v in_o this_o case_n not_o on_o the_o imposer_n because_o they_o grant_v such_o a_o imposition_n lawful_a therefore_o it_o must_v lie_v on_o those_o that_o separate_a although_o they_o judge_v such_o term_n of_o communion_n sinful_a if_o therefore_o the_o determination_n of_o other_o thing_n not_o forbid_v be_v real_o as_o much_o in_o the_o magistrate_n and_o church_n power_n as_o the_o necessary_a circumstance_n of_o time_n and_o place_n etc._n etc._n prove_v that_o it_o be_v real_o a_o sinful_a condition_n of_o communion_n but_o when_o our_o church_n require_v the_o constant_a use_n of_o a_o liturgy_n and_o ceremony_n which_o be_v now_o plead_v as_o sinful_a condition_n of_o communion_n where_o be_v the_o prohibition_n in_o the_o same_o second_o commandment_n say_v some_o i_o desire_v they_o to_o read_v it_o over_o to_o i_o they_o do_v so_o man_n invention_n but_o i_o say_v no_o invention_n be_v condemn_v in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n but_o such_o as_o god_n himself_o have_v somewhere_o forbid_v but_o he_o have_v no_o where_o forbid_v these_o and_o human_a invention_n be_v forbid_v in_o this_o commandment_n in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n but_o then_o 1_o they_o be_v such_o invention_n which_o go_v about_o to_o represent_v god_n and_o so_o to_o disparage_v he_o and_o no_o other_o invention_n be_v to_o be_v understand_v than_o the_o reason_n of_o the_o law_n do_v extend_v to_o i.e._n not_o such_o which_o be_v consistent_a with_o the_o spiritual_a and_o invisible_a nature_n of_o god_n 2._o they_o be_v not_o such_o as_o do_v relate_v to_o the_o manner_n or_o form_n of_o worship_n suppose_v the_o worship_n itself_o be_v perform_v in_o a_o way_n agreeable_a to_o the_o divine_a nature_n and_o law_n for_o otherwise_o all_o use_n of_o man_n invention_n as_o to_o preach_v or_o read_v or_o interpret_n scripture_n will_v be_v forbid_v and_o then_o this_o interpretation_n of_o the_o second_o commandment_n will_v be_v unlawful_a because_o it_o be_v a_o mere_a invention_n of_o man_n as_o much_o as_o liturgy_n or_o ceremony_n by_o this_o we_o see_v what_o stretch_v and_o force_v of_o scripture_n there_o must_v be_v to_o make_v liturgy_n or_o ceremony_n unlawful_a term_n of_o communion_n and_o that_o man_n must_v first_o blind_v and_o fetter_v their_o mind_n by_o certain_a prejudices_fw-la of_o education_n or_o read_v only_o one_o sort_n of_o book_n and_o take_v some_o thing_n for_o grant_v which_o they_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n for_o thus_o he_o argue_v the_o church_n of_o england_n have_v exalt_v these_o thing_n i._n e._n ceremony_n to_o a_o high_a preferment_n in_o worship_n to_o signify_v the_o same_o thing_n with_o the_o sacramental_a element_n to_o make_v they_o necessary_a to_o salvation_n as_o far_o as_o man_n can_v make_v they_o and_o therefore_o they_o conclude_v they_o
