the_o magistrate_n please_v to_o settle_v in_o every_o place_n that_o be_v right_a be_v this_o i_o be_o sure_a the_o scripture_n have_v no_o where_o reveal_v and_o so_o we_o be_v like_a to_o have_v as_o many_o distinct_a government_n as_o there_o be_v state_n and_o distinct_a kindgdom_n in_o the_o world_n it_o be_v strange_a those_o that_o be_v for_o exact_a uniformity_n in_o any_o one_o church_n shall_v lay_v a_o foundation_n of_o such_o confuse_a multiplicity_n in_o the_o church_n universal_a either_o we_o must_v suppose_v christ_n be_v not_o faithful_a to_o reveal_v all_o that_o concern_v the_o government_n of_o the_o gospel-church_n which_o god_n entrust_v he_o with_o or_o else_o that_o it_o be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n there_o shall_v be_v no_o more_o reveal_v but_o that_o our_o saviour_n where_o ever_o two_o or_o three_o be_v meet_v together_o in_o my_o name_n there_o be_o i_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o they_o and_o there_o be_v no_o place_n nor_o people_n under_o the_o sun_n but_o where_o with_o much_o advantage_n the_o order_n of_o the_o gospel_n as_o well_o as_o the_o gospel_n itself_o may_v be_v introduce_v a_o second_o thing_n make_v to_o prop_v up_o this_o power_n in_o the_o magistrate_n be_v because_o of_o the_o wonderful_a difficulty_n we_o find_v in_o the_o new-testament_n about_o matter_n of_o this_o nature_n this_o i_o acknowledge_v shall_v put_v
