call_v wonder_n psal_n 119.18_o but_o beside_o that_o the_o phrase_n &_o manner_n of_o expression_n which_o be_v in_o many_o clause_n far_o from_o vulgar_a or_o common_a use_n make_v many_o thing_n in_o scripture_n hard_a to_o be_v understand_v as_o the_o apostle_n acknowledge_v 2_o pet._n 3.16_o wherefore_o there_o be_v require_v much_o wisdom_n and_o diligence_n in_o search_v after_o the_o true_a sense_n of_o god_n word_n without_o which_o we_o can_v but_o err_v dangerous_o in_o the_o ground_n of_o our_o faith_n and_o in_o the_o rule_n of_o practice_n it_o will_v be_v therefore_o needful_a to_o set_v before_o we_o such_o rule_n as_o may_v help_v to_o direct_v we_o in_o find_v out_o the_o true_a sense_n of_o the_o scripture_n but_o before_o we_o come_v to_o lay_v down_o these_o rule_n we_o must_v necessary_o agree_v upon_o two_o conclusion_n the_o first_o be_v acknowledge_v by_o all_o man_n without_o contradiction_n which_o be_v that_o there_o can_v be_v no_o infallible_a interpreter_n of_o the_o scripture_n but_o god_n himself_o the_o second_o though_o it_o be_v somewhat_o more_o question_v than_o the_o former_a yet_o be_v as_o true_a as_o it_o in_o all_o point_n namely_o that_o every_o godly_a man_n have_v within_o he_o a_o spiritual_a light_n by_o which_o he_o be_v direct_v in_o the_o understanding_n of_o god_n mind_n reveal_v in_o his_o word_n in_o all_o thing_n needful_a to_o salvation_n concern_v the_o former_a of_o these_o two_o conclusion_n we_o must_v necessary_o acknowledge_v that_o see_v no_o man_n know_v god_n mind_n but_o himself_o as_o the_o apostle_n affirm_v rom._n 11.34_o 1_o cor._n 2.16_o therefore_o none_o can_v interpret_v his_o word_n in_o place_n doubtful_a himself_o none_o can_v interpret_v scripture_n but_o god_n himself_o but_o himself_o for_o see_v god_n mind_n can_v be_v otherwise_o know_v to_o we_o then_o by_o the_o word_n wherein_o it_o be_v express_v and_o when_o the_o word_n be_v such_o as_o may_v import_v divers_a sense_n who_o can_v tell_v in_o which_o of_o those_o sense_n god_n use_v they_o and_o will_v have_v they_o take_v by_o we_o but_o himself_o that_o utter_v they_o unless_o some_o other_o person_n be_v privy_a to_o his_o thought_n as_o for_o the_o second_o conclusion_n word_n every_o godly_a man_n have_v a_o light_n in_o himself_o to_o show_v he_o the_o mind_n of_o god_n in_o his_o word_n that_o godly_a man_n have_v a_o light_n within_o their_o own_o breast_n by_o which_o they_o be_v able_a to_o understand_v god_n meaning_n in_o his_o word_n in_o thing_n necessary_a to_o salvation_n we_o know_v that_o god_n have_v promise_v by_o his_o prophet_n that_o no_o man_n shall_v need_v to_o teach_v his_o neighbour_n because_o every_o man_n shall_v know_v he_o from_o the_o great_a to_o the_o least_o jer._n 31.34_o and_o the_o apostle_n that_o the_o anoint_v that_o they_o have_v abide_v in_o they_o shall_v teach_v they_o all_o thing_n 1_o joh._n 2.27_o the_o anoint_v there_o mention_v be_v that_o spirit_n which_o be_v give_v we_o of_o god_n by_o which_o we_o know_v the_o thing_n that_o be_v free_o give_v we_o of_o god_n 1_o cor._n 2.12_o by_o which_o every_o man_n understand_v the_o only_a true_a mean_n of_o admire_v and_o honour_v god_n for_o that_o holy_a word_n in_o which_o be_v discover_v such_o glorious_a excellency_n that_o our_o very_a soul_n be_v ravish_v with_o
