in_o the_o power_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n to_o abuse_v the_o whole_a christian_a world_n by_o the_o imposition_n of_o counterfeit_a scripture_n upon_o it_o i_o shall_v yet_o persist_v in_o my_o reflection_n upon_o the_o jew_n that_o i_o may_v show_v that_o the_o keep_n of_o scripture_n without_o forgery_n falsification_n and_o corruption_n be_v a_o thing_n distinct_a and_o separable_a from_o err_v &_o teach_v error_n the_o jew_n can_v be_v deny_v to_o have_v be_v good_a keeper_n of_o the_o book_n even_o then_o when_o they_o corrupt_v the_o religion_n enjoin_v by_o the_o law_n write_v in_o those_o book_n never_o yet_o be_v any_o man_n so_o weak_a as_o to_o conclude_v that_o the_o priest_n and_o rabbi_n of_o the_o jew_n be_v infallible_a judge_n of_o the_o doctrine_n concern_v the_o messiah_n even_o those_o who_o condemn_v christ_n the_o son_n of_o god_n to_o be_v guilty_a of_o blasphemy_n and_o worthy_a of_o death_n because_o they_o keep_v the_o book_n of_o moses_n and_o the_o prophet_n there_o be_v now_o less_o reason_n why_o we_o shall_v take_v the_o present_a church_n of_o rome_n which_o we_o evident_o see_v to_o teach_v doctrine_n and_o set_v up_o a_o worship_n as_o contrary_a to_o the_o scripture_n as_o darkness_n be_v to_o light_n to_o be_v a_o infallible_a judge_n of_o faith_n upon_o this_o account_n because_o the_o primitive_a roman_a church_n in_o communion_n with_o other_o church_n do_v
