their_o present_a condition_n and_o as_o for_o that_o you_o add_v that_o baptism_n be_v to_o be_v administer_v not_o to_o they_o who_o may_v have_v grace_n but_o to_o they_o who_o have_v it_o then_o it_o seem_v they_o be_v all_o wrong_o baptize_v who_o have_v not_o inward_a grace_n and_o so_o according_a to_o your_o own_o expression_n baptism_n to_o such_o be_v as_o a_o seal_n set_v to_o a_o blank_a yet_o you_o know_v even_o the_o apostle_n themselves_o baptize_v many_o who_o be_v in_o no_o better_a condition_n and_o yourself_o afterward_o grant_v that_o a_o minister_n may_v defy_v administer_v this_o sacrament_n to_o such_o as_o make_v a_o visible_a profession_n though_o he_o be_v not_o assure_v of_o any_o inward_a grace_n i_o have_v often_o prove_v that_o a_o right_a to_o be_v which_o preparation_n man_n be_v not_o mere_o passive_a but_o in_o the_o receive_n of_o the_o principle_n of_o new_a life_n all_o man_n be_v mere_o passive_a i_o know_v you_o will_v own_o that_o nonconformist_n that_o it_o be_v will-worship_n to_o administer_v the_o sacrament_n by_o addition_n of_o any_o thing_n to_o they_o but_o circumstance_n which_o be_v alike_o requisite_a to_o civil_a action_n now_o the_o person_n to_o be_v baptize_v can_v be_v conceive_v a_o mere_a circumstance_n but_o belong_v necessary_o to_o the_o administration_n of_o worship_n as_o well_o as_o the_o person_n baptise_v or_o the_o person_n receive_v the_o lord_n supper_n i_o answer_v i_o intend_v not_o needless_o to_o multiply_v word_n and_o therefore_o do_v grant_v that_o to_o apply_v sacrament_n to_o person_n to_o who_o they_o belong_v not_o by_o the_o lord_n appointment_n be_v a_o profanation_n of_o they_o now_o that_o it_o be_v so_o in_o this_o case_n you_o go_v about_o to_o prove_v out_o of_o this_o 28._o mat._n because_o the_o institution_n appoint_v only_a disciple_n of_o all_o nation_n to_o be_v baptize_v and_o infant_n be_v not_o such_o this_o you_o have_v make_v good_a as_o you_o say_v sect._n 13._o part_v 3_o you_o add_v christ_n order_n thus_o appoint_v it_o which_o must_v be_v keep_v in_o this_o point_n as_o well_o as_o in_o examination_n before_o the_o lord_n supper_n 1_o
