england_n so_o for_o the_o great_a part_n of_o the_o statute_n the_o inn_n of_o court_n in_o england_n be_v sufficient_a and_o the_o protestant_n come_v thither_o without_o grudge_v and_o it_o be_v a_o mean_n to_o civilize_v they_o after_o the_o english_a custom_n to_o make_v they_o familiar_a and_o in_o love_n with_o the_o language_n and_o nation_n to_o preserve_v law_n in_o the_o purity_n when_o the_o professor_n of_o it_o shall_v draw_v of_o one_o original_a fountain_n and_o see_v the_o manner_n of_o the_o practice_n of_o it_o in_o the_o same_o great_a channel_n where_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o justice_n of_o england_n do_v flow_v clear_o whereas_o by_o separation_n of_o the_o kingdom_n in_o the_o place_n of_o their_o principal_a instruction_n where_o their_o that_o be_v best_a preserve_v in_o unity_n when_o they_o grow_v out_o of_o the_o same_o root_n then_o if_o such_o university_n and_o inn_n of_o court_n as_o be_v propose_v shall_v be_v grant_v all_o which_o we_o humble_o submit_v to_o your_o majesty_n most_o pious_a and_o prudent_a consideration_n and_o judgement_n 8._o we_o humble_o conceive_v that_o the_o roman_a catholic_n native_n in_o ireland_n may_v have_v the_o like_a office_n and_o place_n as_o the_o roman_a catholic_n native_n of_o england_n here_o have_v and_o not_o otherwise_o howbeit_o we_o conceive_v that_o in_o the_o generality_n they_o have_v not_o deserve_v somuch_o by_o their_o late_a rebellion_n therefore_o we_o see_v not_o why_o they_o shall_v be_v endow_v with_o any_o new_a or_o further_a capacity_n or_o which_o your_o majesty_n then_o grant_v to_o your_o subject_n of_o ireland_n the_o matter_n of_o this_o proposition_n be_v in_o a_o fair_a way_n regulate_v by_o your_o utter_a abolish_n of_o blank_a transmit_n of_o the_o bill_n which_o be_v to_o be_v agree_v on_o this_o treaty_n and_o see_v the_o benefit_n which_o shall_v be_v hold_v fit_a to_o be_v derive_v to_o the_o proposer_n may_v be_v as_o effectual_o and_o with_o more_o speed_n do_v without_o suspend_v of_o poynings_n act_n as_o by_o suspend_v thereof_o his_o majesty_n do_v not_o see_v cause_n why_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v desire_v but_o he_o be_v very_o apprehensive_a of_o the_o prejudice_n the_o suspension_n thereof_o may_v bring_v upon_o himself_o and_o the_o public_a service_n by_o disquiet_v the_o mind_n of_o his_o protestant_n subject_n in_o both_o kingdom_n if_o that_o he_o shall_v admit_v such_o innovation_n at_o this_o time_n there_o be_v no_o necessity_n thereof_o and_o therefore_o his_o majesty_n aswell_o
