their_o army_n and_o for_o dragooner_n upon_o occasion_n and_o likewise_o that_o the_o scottish_a army_n during_o the_o time_n of_o the_o war_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o take_v up_o such_o horse_n in_o the_o country_n as_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o use_v aforesaid_a nine_o it_o be_v agree_v that_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o town_n and_o village_n in_o the_o province_n of_o ulster_n and_o in_o any_o other_o province_n of_o irâ—land_n where_o the_o scottish_a army_n shall_v be_v by_o itself_o for_o the_o time_n shall_v receive_v order_n from_o the_o scottish_a commander_n and_o shall_v bring_v in_o victual_n for_o money_n in_o a_o orderly_a way_n as_o shall_v be_v direct_v by_o they_o with_o provision_n of_o oat_n hay_o and_o straw_n and_o such_o other_o necessary_n and_o that_o the_o country_n people_n shall_v rise_v and_o concur_v with_o the_o scottish_a troop_n when_o the_o commander_n thereof_o shall_v find_v it_o for_o the_o good_a of_o the_o service_n and_o shall_v receive_v order_n and_o direction_n from_o the_o say_a commander_n of_o the_o scottish_a army_n ten_o it_o be_v agree_v that_o the_o say_v ten_o thousand_o man_n to_o be_v send_v out_o of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o scotland_n shall_v go_v in_o the_o way_n and_o order_n of_o a_o army_n under_o their_o own_o general_n and_o subaltern_a officer_n and_o the_o province_n of_o ulster_n be_v appoint_v unto_o they_o wherein_o they_o shall_v first_o prosecute_v the_o war_n as_o in_o their_o judgement_n they_o shall_v think_v most_o expedient_a for_o the_o honour_n of_o the_o king_n and_o crown_n of_o england_n and_o that_o the_o commander_n of_o the_o say_a army_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o give_v condition_n to_o town_n castle_n and_o person_n which_o shall_v render_v and_o submit_v themselves_o as_o shall_v be_v most_o expedient_a for_o the_o service_n according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o war_n provide_v no_o toleration_n of_o the_o popish_a religion_n be_v grant_v nor_o any_o condition_n make_v touch_v or_o concern_v any_o of_o the_o rebel_n land_n and_o that_o the_o commander_n â—f_v the_o scottish_a army_n shall_v be_v answerable_a for_o their_o whole_a deportment_n and_o proceed_n to_o his_o majesty_n and_o the_o two_o house_n of_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n only_o but_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n give_v a_o account_n thereof_o to_o his_o majesty_n the_o two_o house_n of_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n and_o to_o the_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n of_o ireland_n for_o the_o time_n be_v that_o such_o town_n and_o place_n as_o shall_v be_v recover_v from_o the_o rebel_n by_o the_o scottish_a army_n shall_v be_v at_o the_o dispose_n of_o the_o commander_n thereof_o during_o their_o abode_n for_o that_o service_n in_o those_o part_n where_o such_o town_n and_o place_n be_v and_o if_o it_o shall_v be_v find_v for_o the_o good_a of_o the_o service_n that_o the_o scottish_a army_n shall_v join_v with_o the_o king_n lieutenant_n of_o ireland_n and_o his_o army_n in_o that_o case_n the_o general_n of_o the_o scottish_a army_n shall_v only_o cede_fw-la to_o the_o king_n lieutenant_n of_o ireland_n and_o receive_v in_o a_o free_a and_o honourable_a way_n instruction_n from_o he_o or_o in_o his_o absence_n from_o the_o lord_n deputy_n or_o any_o other_o who_o shall_v have_v the_o chief_a government_n of_o that_o kingdom_n for_o the_o time_n by_o authority_n derive_v from_o the_o crown_n of_o england_n and_o shall_v precede_v all_o other_o and_o that_o he_o only_o shall_v give_v order_n to_o the_o officer_n of_o his_o own_o army_n and_o that_o the_o army_n shall_v have_v the_o right_n &_o lefthand_n vand_n and_o rear_n charge_v and_o retreat_n successive_o and_o shall_v not_o mix_v in_o quartering_n nor_o marching_n and_o when_o it_o shall_v be_v find_v fit_a to_o send_v troop_n out_o of_o either_o army_n that_o the_o person_n to_o be_v send_v out_o of_o the_o scottish_a army_n shall_v be_v command_v out_o by_o their_o own_o general_n the_o lieutenant_n of_o ireland_n prescribe_v the_o number_n which_o shall_v not_o exceed_v the_o four_o part_n of_o the_o whole_a foot_n of_o the_o scottish_a army_n nor_o of_o the_o
