death_n without_o mercy_n and_o if_o any_o officer_n or_o soldier_n of_o this_o army_n shall_v by_o virtue_n of_o any_o warrant_n seize_v or_o take_v away_o the_o horse_n or_o good_n of_o any_o quantity_n of_o provision_n of_o all_o sort_n as_o they_o be_v store_v with_o and_o to_o make_v and_o return_v a_o certificate_n within_o three_o day_n of_o such_o assessment_n what_o several_a quantity_n be_v assess_v upon_o the_o say_a parrish_n with_o the_o name_n of_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v refuse_v to_o provide_v and_o send_v provision_n to_o the_o army_n as_o aforesaid_a which_o
