a_o uniform_a order_n of_o church_n government_n and_o divine_a service_n to_o which_o not_o only_o his_o majesty_n subject_n but_o all_o the_o inhabitant_n in_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n be_v to_o conform_v and_o no_o man_n to_o absent_v himself_o and_o be_v enjoin_v not_o to_o hear_v or_o be_v present_a at_o any_o other_o form_n of_o prayer_n and_o administration_n of_o sacrament_n than_o what_o be_v in_o that_o book_n prescribe_v under_o penalty_n of_o ecclesiastical_a censure_n fine_n to_o the_o king_n poor_a of_o the_o parish_n etc._n etc._n 2._o the_o dispensation_n and_o
