the_o aim_n of_o it_o seek_v much_o a_o settle_n of_o the_o nation_n on_o a_o good_a foot_n in_o relation_n to_o civil_a right_n and_o liberty_n which_o be_v the_o right_n of_o the_o nation_n and_o i_o hope_v i_o shall_v never_o be_v find_v to_o be_v of_o they_o that_o shall_v go_v about_o to_o rob_v the_o nation_n of_o these_o right_n but_o to_o serve_v they_o what_o i_o can_v to_o the_o attain_v they_o it_o have_v also_o exceed_v well_o provide_v for_o the_o safety_n and_o security_n of_o honest_a man_n in_o that_o great_a natural_a and_o religious_a liberty_n which_o be_v liberty_n judgement_n of_o a_o parliament_n but_o in_o thing_n that_o respect_v particular_a person_n every_o man_n that_o be_v to_o give_v a_o account_n to_o god_n of_o his_o action_n he_o must_v in_o some_o measure_n be_v able_a to_o prove_v his_o own_o work_n that_o be_v to_o have_v a_o approbation_n in_o his_o own_o conscience_n of_o that_o he_o be_v to_o do_v or_o forbear_v and_o whilst_o you_o be_v grant_v other_o liberty_n sure_o you_o will_v not_o deny_v i_o this_o it_o be_v not_o only_o a_o liberty_n but_o a_o duty_n and_o such_o a_o duty_n as_o i_o can_v without_o sin_v forbear_n to_o examine_v my_o own_o heart_n and_o thought_n and_o judgement_n in_o every_o work_n which_o i_o be_o to_o set_v my_o hand_n to_o or_o to_o appear_v in_o for_o i_o must_v confess_v therefore_o that_o it_o whether_o it_o be_v with_o relation_n to_o the_o substance_n of_o the_o action_n about_o which_o the_o consideration_n be_v conversant_a or_o whether_o to_o circumstance_n about_o it_o which_o make_v all_o indifferent_a action_n good_a or_o evil_n to_o he_o that_o do_v it_o i_o lie_v under_o this_o consideration_n think_v it_o my_o duty_n only_o i_o can_v have_v wish_v i_o have_v do_v it_o soon_o for_o your_o sake_n for_o save_v time_n and_o trouble_n and_o indeed_o for_o the_o committee_n sake_n to_o who_o i_o must_v acknowledge_v public_o i_o have_v be_v unreasonable_o troublesome_a
