they_o differ_v from_o we_o may_v be_v resolve_v either_o to_o belly-policy_n or_o to_o state-policy_n either_o to_o ambition_n and_o riches_n or_o the_o belly_n wherefore_o be_v their_o monarchy_n all_o their_o great_a preferment_n but_o to_o increase_v their_o ambition_n wherefore_o be_v their_o pardon_n and_o indulgence_n but_o to_o get_v money_n base_o as_o some_o of_o their_o own_o writer_n confess_v and_o their_o purgatory_n etc._n etc._n these_o thing_n be_v for_o carnal_a end_n it_o be_v a_o religion_n fit_v for_o their_o own_o end_n they_o make_v what_o they_o list_v to_o serve_v they_o religion_n nature_n reason_n conscience_n whatsoever_o be_v good_a they_o make_v all_o stoop_n to_o interest_n their_o own_o cause_n in_o their_o order_n that_o be_v their_o spiritual_a good_a must_v be_v their_o advancement_n it_o be_v but_o a_o colour_n put_v uponcarnal_a end_n the_o spiritual_a good_a be_v their_o own_o advancement_n they_o aim_v at_o their_o own_o peculiar_a interest_n in_o all_o their_o villainy_n as_o if_o god_n stand_v in_o need_n of_o our_o lie_n as_o if_o god_n glory_n be_v advance_v by_o the_o devil_n as_o well_o their_o government_n as_o their_o religion_n be_v lie_n it_o be_v defend_v by_o lie_n by_o equivocation_n and_o rebellion_n by_o withdraw_v the_o allegiance_n of_o subject_n and_o murder_v of_o prince_n law_n and_o religion_n and_o all_o must_v stoop_v to_o their_o wisdom_n under_o pretence_n of_o bonum_fw-la spiritual_fw-la these_o thing_n be_v know_v i_o do_v but_o touch_v they_o to_o breed_v a_o deep_a hatred_n of_o this_o religion_n which_o be_v altogether_o fleshly_a and_o carnal_a and_o so_o far_o as_o they_o be_v lead_v by_o carnal_a wisdom_n they_o be_v not_o lead_v by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n wherefore_o be_v their_o lie_v for_o advantage_n their_o dispensation_n and_o horrible_a allow_v of_o any_o thing_n be_v it_o not_o mere_o carnal_a wisdom_n in_o a_o word_n their_o religion_n be_v mere_o policy_n if_o it_o be_v not_o too_o good_a a_o word_n for_o it_o it_o be_v mere_o carnal_a policy_n it_o come_v not_o from_o heaven_n but_o from_o the_o bottomless_a pit_n then_o they_o fall_v from_o heaven_n when_o they_o grow_v to_o their_o high_a when_o they_o be_v in_o their_o top_n this_o i_o think_v good_a to_o touch_v collateral_o from_o the_o text_n which_o do_v characterise_v a_o true_a christian_a indeed_o in_o his_o temper_n that_o he_o be_v joyful_a when_o he_o be_v as_o he_o shall_v be_v and_o the_o ground_n of_o it_o be_v from_o a_o good_a conscience_n and_o that_o good_a conscience_n arise_v out_o of_o a_o course_n of_o life_n and_o conversation_n lead_v in_o simplicity_n and_o sincerity_n to_o god_n for_o religion_n have_v majesty_n enough_o in_o itself_o without_o far_a fetch_n and_o device_n and_o the_o principle_n from_o whence_o by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o the_o evidence_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o not_o according_a to_o fleshly_a and_o carnal_a wisdom_n in_o a_o word_n therefore_o labour_v that_o from_o the_o evidence_n of_o the_o spirit_n have_v your_o soul_n sanctify_v by_o the_o spirit_n you_o may_v reflect_v on_o yourselves_o and_o look_v into_o your_o life_n and_o say_v true_o
