magistrate_n shall_v have_v no_o power_n at_o all_o not_o so_o much_o as_o in_o civil_a thing_n for_o he_o may_v abuse_v and_o pervert_v also_o this_o power_n he_o may_v condemn_v some_o as_o be_v thief_n murderer_n traitor_n etc._n etc._n who_o be_v no_o such_o man_n but_o most_o innocent_a person_n object_n but_o some_o object_n that_o in_o the_o parable_n of_o the_o tare_n math._n 13._o
