be_v châ—sen_v than_o the_o practice_n of_o that_o law_n in_o that_o case_n now_o in_o such_o a_o case_n as_o our_o divine_n general_o use_v to_o say_v that_o obedience_n may_v be_v forbear_v to_o emperor_n rule_v absolute_o or_o arbitrary_o if_o they_o do_v so_o as_o they_o oft_o do_v for_o evil_a i_o have_v former_o show_v and_o he_o have_v not_o refell_v it_o that_o they_o may_v have_v be_v safety_n of_o the_o universe_n be_v the_o fundamental_a of_o the_o harmony_n of_o the_o element_n and_o the_o power_n and_o inclination_n of_o each_o creature_n towards_o its_o preservation_n yâ—t_v
