unbelieving-husband_n but_o whether_o marry_v before_o believe_v be_v unintelligible_a as_o to_o we_o unless_o by_o divinerevelation_n which_o now_o none_o can_v pretend_v unto_o 4thly_a marriage_n itself_o be_v of_o natural_a and_o worldly_a concernment_n and_o not_o religious_a any_o otherwise_o than_o eat_v and_o drink_v which_o be_v god_n ordinance_n and_o by_o christian_n to_o be_v do_v they_o who_o be_v only_o the_o child_n of_o this_o world_n do_v attain_v unto_o yet_o marriage_n both_o of_o good_a &_o bad_a be_v a_o worldly_n work_n &_o perform_v by_o the_o child_n of_o this_o world_n one_o with_o another_o to_o worldly-end_n as_o you_o may_v see_v gen._n 1._o 28._o &_o 2._o 18._o 1_o cor._n 7._o 2._o which_o end_v of_o marriage_n man_n &_o woman_n only_o as_o so_o be_v capable_a to_o perform_v neither_o can_v i_o be_v of_o the_o mind_n of_o those_o who_o judge_v such_o marriage_n to_o be_v positive_o unlawful_a and_o sinful_a and_o yet_o that_o it_o be_v unlawful_a for_o such_o to_o be_v separate_v one_o from_o the_o other_o the_o ground_n state_v not_o reach_v the_o case_n for_o if_o it_o be_v so_o i_o do_v not_o yet_o understand_v how_o any_o repentance_n for_o a_o fact_n do_v contrary_a to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n can_v be_v account_v true_a without_o reformation_n how_o the_o way_n can_v be_v make_v plain_a over_o this_o block_n i_o know_v not_o 5thly_a the_o case_n with_o we_o much_o differ_v from_o what_o it_o be_v in_o the_o primitive_a time_n all_o then_o of_o the_o gentile_n that_o be_v not_o of_o the_o church_n be_v of_o the_o idolatrous_a heathen_n yet_o some_o believing-husband_n have_v unbelieving-wive_n and_o some_o believing-wive_n have_v such_o unbelieving-husband_n but_o now_o all_o profess_v christianity_n and_o in_o a_o sense_n may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v believer_n and_o in_o all_o the_o differ_a opinion_n about_o the_o way_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n as_o christian_n there_o may_v be_v some_o fear_v god_n among_o all_o for_o god_n have_v his_o people_n in_o babylon_n rev._n 18._o 4._o and_o so_o 6thly_fw-mi hence_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o some_o husband_n and_o wife_n prove_v better_o and_o more_o comfortable_a yoke-fellow_n in_o that_o relation_n that_o be_v not_o church-member_n than_o some_o that_o be_v though_o a_o shame_n and_o reproof_n it_o be_v to_o church-member_n that_o it_o be_v so_o and_o indeed_o some_o church-member_n become_v vile_a and_o wicked_a and_o worse_a relation_n than_o be_v ordinary_a among_o the_o worst_a of_o man_n which_o render_v the_o uncertainty_n of_o comfort_n to_o christian_n in_o their_o relation_n in_o this_o matter_n though_o both_o religious_o rational_o and_o ordinary_o it_o may_v be_v expect_v better_a yet_o i_o have_v see_v as_o great_a disappointment_n on_o this_o account_n as_o of_o any_o by_o marry_v out_o of_o the_o church_n yet_o 7thly_a and_o final_o i_o will_v not_o be_v miss_v understand_v by_o any_o for_o i_o judge_v it_o to_o be_v most_o suitable_a most_o religious_a most_o honourable_a and_o most_o likely_a for_o peace_n and_o comfort_n for_o all_o sort_n of_o opinion_n in_o matter_n of_o religion_n to_o unite_v in_o this_o near_a relation_n where_o unity_n may_v be_v both_o religious_o and_o rational_o expect_v though_o i_o earnest_o desire_v more_o love_n among_o all_o christian_n of_o differ_v
