sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n by_o who_o the_o say_v write_v of_o capias_fw-la or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v return_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a do_v make_v a_o untrue_a return_n upon_o any_o the_o say_a writ_n that_o the_o party_n name_v in_o the_o say_v write_v have_v not_o yield_v his_o body_n upon_o the_o say_a proclamation_n or_o any_o of_o they_o where_o indeed_o the_o party_n do_v yield_v himself_o according_a to_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o same_o that_o then_o every_o such_o sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n for_o every_o such_o false_a and_o untrue_a return_n shall_v forfeit_v church_n of_o england_n or_o error_n in_o matter_n of_o religion_n or_o doctrine_n now_o receive_v and_o allow_v in_o the_o say_a church_n of_o england_n incontinency_n usury_n simony_n perjury_n in_o the_o ecclesiastical_a court_n or_o idolatry_n 3._o that_o then_o all_o and_o every_o pain_n and_o forfeiture_n limit_v against_o such_o person_n excommunicate_a by_o this_o statute_n by_o reason_n of_o such_o writ_n of_o excommunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la want_v sufficient_a addition_n or_o of_o such_o significant_fw-la want_v all_o the_o cause_n afore_o mention_v shall_v be_v utter_o void_a in_o law_n 4._o and_o by_o way_n of_o plea_n to_o be_v allow_v to_o the_o party_n grieve_v 14._o and_o if_o the_o addition_n shall_v be_v with_o a_o nuper_fw-la of_o the_o place_n then_o in_o every_o such_o case_n at_o the_o award_v of_o the_o first_o capias_fw-la with_o proclamation_n according_a to_o the_o form_n mention_v one_o write_v of_o proclamation_n without_o any_o pain_n express_v shall_v be_v award_v into_o the_o county_n where_o the_o offender_n shall_v be_v most_o common_o resiant_a at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o award_v of_o the_o say_v first_o capias_fw-la with_o pain_n in_o the_o same_o write_v of_o proclamation_n to_o be_v returnable_a the_o day_n of_o the_o return_n of_o the_o say_v first_o capias_fw-la with_o pain_n and_o proclamation_n thereupon_o at_o some_o one_o be_v compel_v or_o bind_v to_o abjure_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act._n 2._o that_o q._n eliz._n and_o her_o wise_a parliament_n do_v not_o intend_v or_o take_v such_o protestant_a recusant_n to_o more_o assemble_v together_o over_o and_o beside_o those_o of_o the_o same_o household_n if_o it_o be_v in_o a_o house_n where_o there_o be_v a_o family_n inhabit_v or_o if_o it_o be_v in_o a_o house_n field_n or_o place_n where_o there_o be_v no_o family_n inhabit_v then_o where_o any_o five_o person_n or_o more_o be_v so_o assemble_v as_o aforesaid_a it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o any_o one_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n limit_v division_n corporation_n or_o liberty_n wherein_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v commit_v
