commonwealth_n but_o what_o be_v policy_n when_o contrary_a to_o religion_n if_o it_o be_v iniquity_n injustice_n and_o oppression_n to_o treat_v man_n so_o without_o cause_n or_o without_o their_o particular_a demerit_n and_o fault_n it_o be_v not_o any_o feign_a and_o imaginary_a reason_n or_o necessity_n of_o state_n that_o will_v excuse_v those_o who_o either_o act_n or_o give_v consent_n
