better_a which_o be_v the_o most_o effectual_a way_n to_o secure_v the_o public_a peace_n and_o happiness_n to_o prevent_v the_o oppression_n of_o subject_n and_o rebellion_n against_o prince_n but_o he_o have_v not_o interpose_v in_o new_a model_v the_o government_n of_o the_o world._n and_o so_o he_o do_v no_o more_o but_o enforce_v that_o obedience_n to_o prince_n which_o be_v antecedent_o due_a by_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n or_o the_o civil_a constitution_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n by_o the_o prevalency_n of_o conscience_n without_o lay_v any_o further_a tie_n upon_o subject_n as_o
