and_o for_o that_o it_o appear_v to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n by_o the_o say_a will_n and_o inquisition_n that_o but_o only_a part_n of_o the_o issue_n and_o revenue_n of_o the_o say_a tenement_n and_o premise_n be_v appoint_v by_o the_o say_a will_n to_o be_v bestow_v to_o the_o maintenance_n of_o the_o superstitious_a use_n therein_o mention_v and_o that_o the_o value_n of_o the_o money_n appoint_v for_o the_o say_a superstitious_a use_n do_v not_o amount_v to_o above_o twenty_o shilling_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la at_o the_o most_o and_o for_o that_o it_o do_v not_o appear_v unto_o the_o say_a commissioner_n that_o any_o part_n of_o the_o rent_n and_o profit_n of_o the_o say_a tenement_n and_o premise_n be_v at_o any_o time_n within_o five_o year_n before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o parliament_n begin_v the_o four_o day_n of_o november_n one_o thousand_o five_o hundred_o forty_o seven_o and_o in_o the_o first_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n edward_n the_o six_o late_a king_n of_o england_n employ_v pay_v or_o bestow_v to_o the_o maintenance_n of_o the_o say_a obit_n and_o other_o the_o superstitious_a use_n before_o mention_v or_o any_o of_o they_o and_o forasmuch_o as_o it_o appear_v by_o the_o intent_n of_o the_o say_a will_n that_o feoff_n ought_v to_o be_v appoint_v successive_o and_o the_o say_a house_n and_o premise_n be_v to_o be_v convey_v unto_o they_o for_o the_o more_o legal_a and_o faithful_a continuance_n and_o employment_n of_o the_o rent_n and_o profit_n of_o the_o same_o to_o the_o charitable_a use_n aforesaid_a to_o the_o end_n intent_n and_o purpose_n therefore_o that_o the_o rent_n and_o profit_n of_o the_o say_a land_n tenement_n and_o premise_n may_v be_v due_o and_o faithful_o employ_v in_o and_o for_o the_o charitable_a use_n to_o and_o for_o which_o the_o same_o be_v limit_v appoint_v and_o assign_v by_o the_o donor_n thereof_o as_o aforesaid_a they_o the_o say_a w._n c._n j._n h._n c._n m._n and_o g._n m._n do_v by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_a statute_n and_o commission_n order_n and_o decree_n that_o the_o say_a t.h._n the_o grandchild_n t.c._n j._n c._n and_o all_o and_o every_o
