lawful_a or_o unlawful_a and_o when_o they_o may_v make_v a_o war_n defensive_a and_o when_o not_o which_o be_v in_o effect_n to_o destroy_v sovereignty_n and_o make_v the_o sovereign_n inferior_a to_o the_o people_n and_o therefore_o to_o cut_v off_o all_o pretence_n of_o resistance_n in_o the_o english_a government_n the_o three_o estate_n as_o i_o have_v prove_v before_o have_v declare_v
