crown_n publish_v and_o give_v forth_o his_o royal_a declaration_n anent_o the_o reform_n of_o the_o abuse_n use_v in_o lead_v of_o teind_n wherein_o his_o majesty_n umwhile_o father_n of_o eternal_a and_o bless_a memory_n labour_v so_o much_o in_o his_o time_n and_o for_o provision_n and_o maintenance_n of_o kirk_n and_o another_o pious_a use_n forth_o of_o the_o say_a teind_n and_o now_o his_o majesty_n be_v by_o god_n gracious_a providence_n present_a in_o his_o royal_a person_n within_o this_o his_o majesty_n ancient_a kingdom_n and_o hold_v this_o his_o first_o parliament_n of_o his_o whole_a estate_n of_o the_o same_o with_o who_o his_o majesty_n have_v advise_v and_o resolve_v to_o put_v that_o glorious_a work_n anent_o the_o teind_n to_o a_o full_a perfection_n therefore_o his_o majesty_n with_o consent_n of_o the_o three_o estate_n by_o these_o present_n statute_n ordain_v and_o declare_v that_o there_o shall_v be_v no_o teind-sheaf_n or_o other_o teind_n personage_n or_o vicarage_n lead_v and_o draw_v within_o the_o kingdom_n but_o that_o each_o heretor_fw-la and_o life-renter_fw-la of_o land_n shall_v have_v the_o lead_n and_o draw_v of_o their_o own_o teind_n the_o same_o be_v first_o true_o and_o lawful_o value_v and_o they_o pay_v therefore_o the_o price_n after-specified_a incase_o they_o be_v willing_a to_o buy_v the_o same_o or_o otherwise_o pay_v therefore_o the_o rate_n of_o teinde_n after_o specify_v like_o as_o his_o majesty_n and_o estate_n find_v and_o declare_v that_o the_o just_a and_o true_a rate_n of_o teind_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v the_o five_o part_n of_o the_o constant_a rent_n which_o each_o land_n pay_v in_o stock_n and_o teind_n where_o the_o same_o be_v value_v joint_o and_o where_o the_o teind_n be_v value_v apart_o and_o several_o that_o the_o just_a rate_n thereof_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v such_o as_o the_o same_o be_v already_o or_o shall_v be_v hereafter_o value_v and_o prove_v before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o subcommissioner_n deduce_v the_o five_o part_n thereof_o for_o the_o ease_n of_o the_o heritor_n reserve_v always_o liberty_n to_o such_o as_o shall_v find_v themselves_o enorm_o hurt_v by_o the_o lead_n of_o the_o say_a valuation_n to_o pursue_v for_o rectify_v of_o the_o same_o before_o the_o commissioner_n appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n and_o estate_n for_o that_o effect_n and_o also_o his_o majesty_n with_o consent_n of_o the_o three_o estate_n find_v and_o declare_v that_o the_o price_n of_o all_o teind_n which_o may_v be_v sell_v and_o annaly_v consist_v either_o in_o money_n victual_n or_o other_o body_n of_o good_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v rule_v and_o estimate_n according_a to_o nine_o year_n purchase_n the_o price_n of_o victual_n and_o other_o body_n of_o good_n whereof_o the_o teind_n consist_v be_v redact_v in_o money_n according_a to_o the_o worth_n and_o price_n of_o victual_n and_o good_n in_o each_o part_n of_o the_o country_n to_o the_o which_o the_o same_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v prize_v and_o estimate_n by_o his_o majesty_n commissioner_n already_o appoint_v or_o to_o be_v appoint_v to_o that_o effect_n and_o find_v and_o declare_v that_o each_o heritor_n in_o
