thereof_o appoint_v fit_a person_n on_o our_o and_o the_o kingdom_n behalf_n to_o prosecute_v and_o make_v good_a the_o same_o ii_o that_o if_o the_o parliament_n shall_v be_v please_v to_o admit_v these_o thing_n into_o debate_n and_o consideration_n at_o the_o desire_n of_o the_o army_n in_o behalf_n of_o themselves_o and_o the_o kingdom_n and_o to_o proceed_v thereupon_o for_o a_o general_a satisfaction_n therein_o we_o shall_v then_o desire_v 1._o that_o the_o person_n impeach_v in_o the_o say_a charge_n may_v be_v forthwith_o suspend_v from_o sit_v in_o the_o house_n without_o which_o we_o can_v reasonable_o expect_v such_o a_o proceed_n upon_o any_o the_o thing_n we_o have_v propose_v as_o may_v probable_o bring_v the_o same_o to_o a_o happy_a or_o timely_a issue_n to_o the_o kingdom_n or_o our_o selus_fw-la or_o as_o may_v prevent_v the_o present_a design_n and_o practice_n so_o imminent_o endanger_n the_o peace_n of_o this_o nation_n if_o those_o same_o person_n who_o have_v notorious_o appear_v most_o active_a in_o all_o the_o late_a proceed_n to_o the_o prejudice_n and_o provocation_n of_o the_o army_n and_o hazard_v thus_o far_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o kingdom_n shall_v continue_v in_o the_o same_o power_n judge_n of_o those_o thing_n relate_v to_o the_o army_n satisfaction_n and_o peace_n of_o the_o kingdom_n 2._o that_o there_o may_v be_v at_o least_o a_o month_n pay_v immediate_o send_v down_o to_o the_o army_n for_o a_o present_a supply_n out_o of_o which_o the_o army_n shall_v pay_v fourteen_o day_n quarter_n for_o time_n to_o come_v and_o the_o other_o fourteen_o day_n pay_n shall_v be_v account_v as_o part_v of_o arrear_n and_o to_o this_o we_o must_v desire_v a_o present_a resolution_n to_o be_v with_o we_o on_o thursday_n next_o by_o noon_n at_o far_a 3._o that_o if_o the_o officer_n and_o soldier_n of_o the_o army_n who_o have_v engage_v for_o ireland_n or_o those_o who_o have_v desert_v the_o army_n and_o come_v to_o london_n have_v since_o then_o receive_v more_o than_o a_o month_n pay_v there_o may_v be_v so_o much_o more_o money_n send_v down_o to_o the_o army_n above_o the_o month_n pay_v aforemention_v as_o may_v make_v up_o that_o month_n pay_v to_o the_o army_n equal_a to_o what_o such_o officer_n and_o soldier_n have_v so_o receive_v at_o london_n or_o elsewhere_o 4._o that_o no_o officer_n or_o soldier_n who_o have_v so_o desert_v the_o army_n shall_v have_v any_o more_o pay_v they_o as_o for_o arrear_n until_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o army_n shall_v first_o be_v satisfy_v in_o point_n of_o their_o arrear_n 5._o whereas_o there_o have_v be_v several_a design_n and_o endeavour_n without_o authority_n from_o tne_n parliament_n to_o raise_v and_o listen_v new_a force_n within_o this_o kingdom_n to_o draw_v together_o the_o force_n engage_v for_o ireland_n and_o march_v they_o towards_o london_n and_o other_o secret_a practice_n to_o engage_v the_o kingdom_n in_o a_o second_o war_n we_o further_o desire_v that_o during_o the_o debate_n and_o transaction_n of_o this_o business_n betwixt_o the_o parliament_n and_o the_o army_n the_o parliament_n will_v not_o suffer_v any_o new_a force_n to_o be_v raise_v within_o this_o kingdom_n or_o any_o force_n to_o be_v invite_v or_o admit_v out_o of_o any_o other_o kingdom_n to_o this_o or_o any_o thing_n else_o to_o be_v do_v that_o
