honourable_a house_n upon_o saturday_n the_o two_o and_o twenty_o of_o this_o instant_a january_n send_v a_o message_n to_o the_o petitioner_n for_o the_o loan_n of_o one_o hundred_o thousand_o pound_n or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o can_v convenient_o be_v forthwith_o raise_v for_o levy_v of_o force_n to_o suppress_v the_o rebel_n in_o ireland_n to_o which_o message_n something_o be_v london_n beside_o fifty_o thousand_o pound_n for_o the_o supply_n of_o ireland_n in_o particular_a a_o great_a part_n whereof_o some_o of_o the_o lender_n be_v compel_v to_o borrow_v and_o can_v to_o this_o day_n repay_v 2_o that_o such_o part_n of_o those_o money_n as_o be_v already_o due_a to_o the_o citizen_n from_o the_o parliament_n and_o shall_v have_v be_v repay_v out_o of_o the_o
