the_o kingdom_n if_o ever_o a_o popish_a successor_n shall_v reign_v over_o we_o know_v how_o dangerus_a it_o may_v be_v to_o the_o protestant_a religion_n for_o protestant_n to_o be_v mislead_v by_o such_o idle_a persuasion_n suppose_v such_o a_o popish_a successor_n shall_v happen_v the_o question_n than_o will_v be_v whether_o that_o prince_n or_o his_o subject_n will_v suffer_v most_o i_o be_o of_o opinion_n that_o a_o prince_n of_o that_o religion_n will_v find_v himself_o very_o uneasy_a and_o reign_v with_o great_a difficulty_n over_o the_o english_a and_o scotch_a nation_n whatever_o he_o may_v do_v over_o ireland_n there_o be_v in_o the_o two_o former_a one_o hundred_o protestant_n for_o one_o papist_n though_o in_o ireland_n perhaps_o there_o be_v ten_o papist_n for_o one_o protestant_n and_o yet_o even_o in_o that_o kingdom_n will_v it_o not_o be_v in_o his_o power_n to_o establish_v the_o romish_a religion_n or_o invade_v his_o subject_n liberty_n and_o property_n much_o less_o to_o hurt_v we_o in_o england_n in_o either_o of_o these_o particular_n it_o have_v be_v observe_v in_o history_n that_o prince_n of_o the_o weak_a title_n have_v always_o yield_v to_o the_o best_a law_n comply_v with_o their_o people_n and_o compound_v with_o they_o for_o the_o government_n if_o a_o popish_a prince_n ever_o happen_v to_o reign_v in_o england_n though_o he_o be_v right_o and_o lawful_a heir_n both_o by_o birth_n and_o succession_n yet_o will_v his_o religion_n render_v he_o suspect_v by_o his_o people_n of_o have_v a_o design_n to_o change_v they_o and_o invade_v their_o property_n consist_v much_o in_o abbey_n and_o monastery_n land_n so_o they_o will_v always_o keep_v he_o as_o uneasy_a as_o they_o can_v and_o never_o give_v he_o revenue_n sufficient_a to_o maintain_v such_o power_n and_o force_n as_o shall_v endanger_v they_o and_o when_o the_o king_n to_o who_o i_o beseech_v almighty_a god_n to_o great_a a_o long_a life_n and_o happy_a reign_n shall_v happen_v to_o die_v his_o whole_a revenue_n except_v about_o 450000_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la determine_v with_o he_o so_o that_o if_o his_o royal_a highness_n survive_v
