see_v that_o have_v but_o half_a a_o eye_n the_o vast_a difference_n between_o the_o condition_n of_o the_o christian_n in_o the_o primitive_a time_n and_o we_o they_o not_o have_v the_o state_n to_o join_v with_o they_o they_o not_o be_v the_o representative_a body_n of_o the_o empire_n as_o it_o be_v now_o with_o we_o yet_o this_o objection_n make_v a_o great_a outcry_n and_o there_o be_v some_o thread_n of_o it_o run_v through_o the_o doctor_n book_n but_o how_o easy_o it_o may_v be_v cut_v let_v the_o world_n judge_n there_o be_v no_o more_o likeness_n between_o our_o condition_n &_o the_o condition_n of_o the_o primitive_a christian_n then_o between_o the_o condition_n of_o private_a man_n who_o the_o whole_a state_n do_v move_v against_o and_o the_o condition_n of_o people_n who_o the_o state_n be_v with_o the_o doctor_n reply_n that_o though_o the_o senate_n of_o rome_n be_v against_o the_o christian_n of_o those_o time_n yet_o if_o the_o people_n have_v the_o first_o right_a and_o all_o power_n be_v from_o the_o people_n that_o people_n must_v rise_v up_o and_o resist_v because_o the_o senate_n do_v not_o discharge_v the_o trust_n and_o so_o it_o will_v be_v in_o this_o state_n if_o at_o any_o time_n a_o king_n that_o will_v ●ule_v arbitrary_o shall_v by_o some_o mean_n or_o other_o work_v out_o of_o the_o two_o house_n ●he_v better_o affect_v and_o by_o consent_n of_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o that_o remain_v compass_v his_o desire_n the_o people_n may_v tell_v they_o they_o discharge_v not_o their_o trust_n they_o ●hose_v they_o not_o to_o betray_v be_v true_a indeed_o they_o have_v no_o warrant_n to_o make_v resistanc●_n but_o to_o suffer_v as_o they_o do_v this_o i●_n none_o of_o our_o case_n second_o whereas_o the_o doctor_n say_v both_o here_o and_o afterward_o in_o this_o section_n that_o if_o upon_o our_o ground_n the_o king_n will_v not_o discharge_v his_o tru●●_n that_o therefore_o it_o fall_v to_o the_o representative_a body_n of_o the_o people_n to_o see_v to_o i●_n then_o the_o people_n have_v this_o power_n may_v also_o say_v if_o the_o member_n of_o the_o tw●●_n house_n do_v not_o discharge_v their_o trust_n commit_v
