their_z or_o any_o of_o their_o menial_a or_o other_o servant_n or_o any_o other_o person_n entitle_v to_o the_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n in_o any_o of_o the_o court_n of_o record_n at_o westminster_n or_o high_a court_n of_o chancery_n or_o court_n of_o exchequer_n or_o the_o duchy_n court_n of_o lancaster_n and_o in_o the_o court_n of_o admiralty_n and_o in_o all_o cause_n matrimonal_a and_o testamentary_a in_o the_o court_n of_o arch_n the_o prerogative_n court_v of_o canterbury_n and_o york_n and_o the_o delegate_n and_o in_o all_o court_n of_o appeal_n from_o and_o after_o the_o dissolution_n or_o prorogation_n of_o any_o parliament_n until_o a_o new_a parliament_n shall_v meet_v or_o the_o same_o be_v reassembled_a and_o from_o and_o after_o any_o adjournment_n of_o both_o house_n for_o above_o fourteen_o day_n until_o both_o house_n shall_v meet_v or_o reassemble_v and_o that_o the_o say_v court_n respective_o shall_v and_o may_v after_o such_o dissolution_n prorogation_n or_o adjournment_n proceed_v to_o give_v judgement_n and_o make_v final_a order_n decree_n and_o sentence_n and_o award_v execution_n thereon_o any_o privilege_n of_o such_o peer_n or_o lord_n of_o parliament_n as_o he_o may_v have_v have_v against_o he_o out_o of_o the_o time_n of_o privilege_n and_o if_o any_o person_n have_v cause_n of_o action_n against_o any_o of_o the_o say_a knight_n citizens_z or_o burgess_n or_o any_o other_o entitle_v to_o privilege_n after_o any_o such_o dissolution_n prorogation_n or_o adjournment_n or_o before_o any_o such_o session_n or_o meet_v of_o both_o house_n ut_fw-la supra_fw-la he_o shall_v and_o may_v prosecute_v such_o knight_n citizen_z or_o burgess_n or_o other_o such_o privilege_a person_n in_o the_o say_a or_o duchy_n court_n and_o proceed_v thereon_o by_o letter_n or_o subpoena_n as_o usual_a and_o upon_o leave_v a_o copy_n of_o the_o bill_n with_o the_o defendant_n or_o at_o his_o house_n or_o
