AN ACT For taking away FINES UPON Bills Declarations and Original Writs BE it Enacted by this present Parliament and the Authority of the same That from and after the Fifth day of August One thousand six hundred fifty and three no Fines shall be taken upon Bills Declarations or Original Writs but such Writs shall be from thenceforth issued and such Bills and Declarations admitted and Filed without taking any Fine Tuesday the Second of August 1653. ORdered by the Parliament That this Act be forthwith Printed and Published Hen Scobell Clerk of the Parliament London Printed by John Field Printer to the Parliament of England 1653.
