power_n imply_v that_o strength_n by_o which_o any_o thing_n not_o only_o subsist_v but_o withal_o bear_v out_o itself_o against_o whatsoever_o oppose_v it_o and_o beside_o be_v enable_v to_o work_v any_o notable_a effect_n but_o this_o signification_n as_o make_v little_a to_o our_o purpose_n we_o shall_v omit_v for_o the_o present_a more_o pertinent_o to_o the_o matter_n in_o hand_n govern_v of_o god_n according_a to_o his_o own_o will_n in_o the_o use_n of_o the_o ordinance_n prescribe_v and_o warrant_v by_o his_o word_n as_o prayer_n and_o hear_v of_o the_o word_n receive_v the_o sacrament_n etc._n etc._n and_o in_o the_o three_o commandment_n under_o the_o prohibition_n of_o take_v god_n name_n in_o vain_a be_v command_v the_o take_n up_o of_o it_o with_o all_o holy_a reverence_n and_o fear_n second_o rule_n 2_o under_o the_o name_n of_o any_o duty_n command_v there_o be_v require_v not_o only_o the_o performance_n of_o the_o outward_a act_n of_o that_o duty_n heart_n the_o law_n beside_o the_o outward_a act_n require_v the_o obedience_n of_o the_o heart_n but_o withal_o the_o inward_a obedience_n of_o the_o heart_n to_o the_o law_n which_o require_v it_o
